A graduate of Interior Design from the Visual College of Art & Design in Vancouver, BC, in the spring of 2016 Chad is currently developing a portfolio of work. We've watched home renovation shows over the years and have wanted to have our own beautiful space, but we needed some help to make that happen. We hired Chad Schumland Design (CSD) to help us design multiple indoor spaces in a townhouse (kitchen, open layout main floor, master bedroom). They helped us identify our style and to set up beautiful aesthetics and practical function. My wife and I struggled to evolve beyond the Ikea phase of life and CSD helped us navigate through that growth. We put some faith in the process and their recommendations and have been rewarded. Now we come home to a stunning entry way, our main floor has a wonderful organized and purposeful feeling to it, and we have lots of practical storage that also looks great. CSD's designs also considered the practicalities of having young children and they were able to find pieces with a much needed robustness. I recommend you consider them for your project.

I can not say great enough to work with Chad and his team Camille! Just before I list my penthouse, they displayed a throughout brand new home staging for me. All the furnitures they brought are stunning yet artful. Add up 2 more functions in my living room, upgrade my lifestyle there in a different world. The patio outside is designed in a beach style, makes me miss beach all the time. Very detail oriented, down to cushions, plants, books, perfumes...etc. Meanwhile keep my own furniture as much as possible, maximize my cost. Just 1 day of listing, a lot of calls has been received even if my listing is slightly higher than normal market. I think I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Meanwhile glad to share it here for lucky you!
