Changeit Designs & Staging

We have used Changeit Desgins to stage two of our previous homes and to decorate our current home. Home 1: We didn't know what to expect the first time we used staging services to sell our home. It was so easy and we used items that we already owned to make our home more attractive to potential buyers. Our house sold in 11 days. Home2: The second time we used Changeit Designs was for staging services as well. We wanted to sell our home which was dated and we thought we would need to work on things to sell our home. After meeting with Changeit Designs, we found out that we didn't need to work on our house like we thought. They saved us a ton of time and money. They had great ideas and our house sold in 1 day. Yes, 1 day! Now, we are in our dream house. I am clueless what to do. I like everything which is a problem when decorating. We hired Changeit Designs once again to help turn our new house into a home. Right now, we are focusing on the kitchen and family room. We've never had a decorator and thought it would be super expensive but we were so wrong. This is money well spent and I didn't buy things that I had to take back to the store or hide in the basement because they didn't look right when I got home. Our house is now a home. Sue has worked on several projects with me and all projects have turned out beautiful. We are currently working on an office and is able to work within my budget. She is very dependable and thinks outside the box.
