I could not be more pleased with the work completed by Chastain Interiors. The project started on time, stayed on budget and finished sooner than I expected. We had complete communication with Barb throughout the process and she there were no unpleasant surprises. Barb was able to come up with creative solutions to some of the problems that existed within our space and the final design is beyond anything that I could have hoped for. I appreciated that Barb assisted me with the selections for finishes, created a furniture layout and also shopped for pieces that may work in my space. She will be the first call that I make when I have another project to tackle.

Barb did an amazing job turning our vision into reality! We absolutely love our new master bathroom! She is professional, worked within our budget and stayed in our time line.

Barb did a fantastic job on my house! I needed to update my house and make everything work with my many family antiques. Barb oversaw the installation of new kitchen cabinets which were painted and glazed. Old dark paneling in family room was painted and glazed, New kitchen appliances were installed along with new light fixtures and new granite and tile in kitchen and quartz in bathrooms. New tiled shower installed in master bath. New tile was installed for flooring in entryway from garage. Old grass cloth was removed throughout and walls painted. Barb was great helping me to pick out colors and fixtures. She stayed on top of all the contractors and the job was completed in good time. Plus, Barb was a delight with which to work. I have had lots of compliments and recommend her highly.

We recently purchased our house in Parkville while still living in Los Angeles. We worked with Barb to completely remodel our kitchen which included refinishing the hardwood floors, repainting the cabinetry, new granite counter tops, new appliances, the demo and installation of a new island, new lighting fixtures, a new mudroom, upgrades to adjoining laundry room, etc. Barb was detailed and managed to the budget and schedule perfectly. Not only is her taste impeccable, she is also patient and thorough and took the time to really understand our vision in order to make great recommendations to improve the functionality and design of the space. She kept us informed with pictures and updates, making us feel totally involved in the process from thousands of miles away. The end result was amazing and our kitchen is a beautiful focal point of our home that the whole family enjoys. We highly recommend her (and already have) and cannot wait to get Barb started on other projects.

We hired Barb Chastain to update our dining, kitchen, sun room and master bed window treatments, as well as, recovering two chairs and a set of antique dining chairs. We are completely satisfied with the end results. Not only did she do a wonderful job helping select material and style, but she completed the projects in a timely and professional fashion. Everything went as expected with no issues! We plan to use Chastain Interiors for future projects.

We moved into a new house a year ago. Barbara, helped us select all of the colors inside and out for our house. Then room by room, she selected and suggested various pieces of furniture. It was a great experience and I have received many, many compliments on the colors and the furniture selection. Chastain Interiors (Barb Chastain) has essentially helped us redecorate our entire house. She helped us find the perfect furniture, rugs, and decor for our living room and dining room space. She completely changed the feeling of the room for the better! It is much more inviting, relaxing, and beautiful now. Barb also helped us pick out new bedding, artwork, drapes, Pirouette shades, and chairs to make our Master bedroom a much more pleasant place to relax. We also completely changed our basement by putting in beautiful hardwood floor, a fireplace, and built in shelving. This will be the perfect place to host parties. Barb managed all aspects of this project as well! She met electricians, plumbers and tilers when I was unable to which was a blessing.

Barb, is very professional and knowledgeable. I found her very easy to work with and very collaborative. We work on projects together for approximately 10 years, totaling in excess of $ 60,000.00.

I did a complete kitchen remodel. This was a Great team to work with, she managed the whole project and completed in a short time frame. My friends were in awe how quick the project was done. I am a busy executive and they brought me all the samples and styles to select, I did not have to find what I wanted on my own.

Chastain Interiors designed our kitchen remodel. Barb walked us through the design, and she was hands-on for the implementation! She has great vision, beautiful ideas, and a talent for organization. We were impressed by how well she worked with her subs to get the job completed in a timely fashion. My husband and I couldn't be more please with our gorgeous kitchen!
