Patti Julber is a pro in her profession.We had several remodel projects going on at our home, Every project Patti helped us with was completed in a timely fashion. Every sub contractor was the best in their field. We also enjoyed her staff who were always friendly and helpful.

CHI assisted us with selection and installation of window coverings, flooring, and finishes for our home. Rena, in particular, was able to perform a flawless execution of receipt and delivery of all our furnishings which was a godsend considering that we were 2000 miles away during the entire time. We continue to use CHI for special projects and would highly recommend the entire staff without reservation. Thank you CHI!

The principal at Complements (Patti) and all the support staff are awesome...patience and perfection are the descriptive words that come to mind. Top quality does command a premium, but for us the value has truly been there.

The execution of the vision we had for a fireplace update exceeded our expectations, in large part due to Patti 'hearing' us and finding the right options, AND the workmanship of her installer. I had no idea the masonry work was such a difficult and involved craft, taking much patience and creativity and a real eye, plus strength and endurance. The Bend market has such competition now for workers, and Complements was able to deliver. Patti's idea and eye for the stone hearth we had to come up with when we took down the former hearth fits exactly with the stonework and simplicity we desired. Rena in the office couldn't be better or more pleasant to work with--there was a LOT to coordinate even with this 'small' job. I'm glad I didn't have to do it (electricians, inspections, fireplace install, masonry, stone selections, etc). Everyone makes you feel like they are truly on your 'team'!

I worked with Drea. She was easy to work with and had good ideas and suggestions about materials and contractors. I was working on an update of a second home out of Oregon. I came away with a selection of paint colors, floor and backsplash tiles along with a good idea of a color scheme for the furniture, which I purchased in AZ. I also purchased chairs for my home in Bend. I would definitely go back to Complements in the future!

We hired Complements Home Interiors to help us select colors to paint the entire inside of the house and to recarpet the bedrooms and den. Patti was a delight to work with and very helpful. We recently worked with Patti Julber to completely redo our master bath shower and to add granite and cabinet work in our kitchen. We are new to the area and I wanted to work with someone who was an interior designer who would also bring in good subcontractors for the work. Patti met or exceeded all my expectations for knowing the right contractors for the job and for suggesting colors and trim in both the kitchen and the bathroom. Since the work to be done would have been quite disruptive, we had Patti become the general manager of the project while we were in our winter home. All the remodeling went as planned, with pictures and emails as necessary to keep us up to date on the progress. With the project complete I can say that I am thrilled with the changes that we made and with the quality of the work. Finally, as a double bonus, Patti and her associate Rena were both a pleasure to work with- I feel like they are friends, not just someone I hired to do a job. Patti listened well to what I had to say and never tried to sell me something that I didn’t want. She understood my style quite quickly and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her services.

I had a fabulous experience with Patti Julber and her staff. I needed a huge remodel to my home and I didn't know where to start. I met with Patti in her showroom and we started with colors and fabric. She gently guided me to what I liked and then was able to put it together. She was never trying to oversell me which I really appreciated. She really listened to my vision and helped pull it together. She and her staff have great taste and an eye for design. I had a problem with a cushion and she immediately made sure it was sent back and repaired and no cost to me. She helped me pick a paint color I love and carpet that goes with my new furniture. I told her that I wanted style and comfort and that is exactly what I got. It was a reasonable price to boot. She sold me some wonderful curtains that really tied the room together. Patti has so much knowledge and her staff, too. They are warm, friend people with a sense of humor. That definitely came in handy with the ins and outs of having an interior house repainted.
