Concept 2 Design

I recently had the pleasure of using Concept 2 Design 90-minute in office design session. I can honestly say it was a game-changer! Our project consisted of remodeling two bathrooms in our home. Erika truly understood our vision! Her expertise and creativity was evident as she effortlessly navigated through the design concepts, offering insightful advice, and practical solutions tailored to our space. Her attention to detail and ability to blend the design with functionality was key! We left with a roadmap to transform our space and excited for the final product! Erica is a true professional and even more so such a pleasure to work with. She has done three major renovation projects in my home over the past 10 years - my master bedroom suite, a multi-purpose home office-rec room and my family room/living room/foyer project. She oversaw every stage of the renovation from the initial design and layout of some not-so-standard sized or spaced rooms, sourcing of furnishings, and referral to other professional contractors. And with each project she always encouraged me consider ideas that I might not otherwise have (i.e. wallpaper on an accent wall), which I loved! We cannot say enough positive things about Concept 2 Design! Erika met with us while we were gutting our house and helped present ideas/thoughts that weren’t even on our radar. As our construction progressed ( slowly and painfully), working with Erika became our favorite part of the remodeling. She was very conscious when it comes to personal likes and budget. Her taste is wonderful and she is awesome at tying everything together. Aside from her professionalism and knowledge, she is very thoughtful and patient. Erika and her team from Concept2Design are amazing. She is extremely talented and her designs are absolutely gorgeous. We worked with Concept 2 Design to put together our living room space which was completely unfurnished. I saw Erika's work when I visited the house of a new friend. Her space was so beautiful and she was very complimentary of Concept 2 Design and encouraged me to reach out to them. At first my husband was hesitant to consider a designer as we had consulted with one in prior years and had received an astronomical quote which had turned us off completely from hiring Interior Design services. I took a chance and reached out to Erika to setup a consultation. Erika was very attentive during our meeting and was completely tuned in to everything I said I was looking to accomplish. Once we received our estimate, I was very happy to see that it was feasible and worth giving it a try! Erika and her team put together an amazing design and we were very excited to see the project through. I am an analytical person and can be quite indecisive, but Erika was very professional and patient when I questioned some of my choices. She really helped put my mind at ease through the process and all the design/furniture selection. Erika is GREAT working within your budget and sourcing items from multiple sources, not only high end places. My husband and I are very happy with our new space and truly feel it was worth the investment. I loved the final phase, the installation, where Erika and her team asked me to step out and they added all the final touches to the Living Room. What a transformation from beginning to end! I am very much looking forward to the next project with Erika and wish I had known about her company when we first moved in and had to undertake several renovation selections on our own. As I tell my husband, everyone has their area of expertise and from Concept 2 Design is definitely Erikas!

I was referred to Concept 2 Design (Erika) by my co-worker. After seeing some of her other work, meeting with her, as well as a few other interior designers; I felt she was the best fit for me. I am SO happy I decided on her. Words can’t express how much I LOVE my family room now. The room is large, but she managed to make it feel sophisticated; yet warm and cozy. From the onset of the project through completion, Erika was a pleasure to work with. I found her to be professional, organized, and extremely creative. I cannot fully describe how pleased my husband and I are with Concept 2 Design. I was initially hesitant to hire a designer because of the expense associated with it, but I am so glad we decided to hire Erika. She was by far a "bargain" given all of the time and effort she dedicated to our project. We remodeled our house entirely and only wish we had hired Erika from the outset to oversee the entire remodel, rather than just the interior design. It would have saved us a lot of headaches! We found Erika while searching through Houzz and after our first meeting we knew she was the perfect fit for us. Erika was such a pleasure to work with. She completely transformed our home and was open to work with items we already had and made everything flow together beautifully. She was extremely professional, flexible, and organized; and her presentations always exceeded our expectations. She managed to capture our ideas perfectly and was always very patient in helping us find the right items at the right price. She made this process so enjoyable and she has a great eye for design. Erika was the first time I ever had the opportunity of working with an interior decorator, to say she exceeded our expectations would just be the start. I interviewed about 4 designers after an extensive internet search. From the moment she entered our entirely vacant home I knew at least, based on her personality, she would be one of my favorites. She gave us a great first impression and after hearing a little bit about us and the direction we wanted to go she followed up with a great presentation for the style she wanted and her general ideas for the home. From there she absolutely hit the ground running and turned our house into our dream home!!!! I wish I could give guided tours! Her patience and vision are exceptional, every detail carefully thought out. It was tons of meetings and revisions just so she could give us every thing we wanted. She always made herself available on nights and weekends to accommodate our busy work schedules and each time a room was finally finished I would literally sit and stare, 100% happy with the end result. We would find tiny gems of our heritage or our last name placed about the room, which truly made it feel unique and custom. She went above and beyond and selected everything including our dinnerware! She even personally designed a Christmas dinner table for us that was GORGEOUS for our house warming party!! I could literally write for hours about her calm disposition and how she always listened and took excellent notes, extremely flexible and easy to work with. Above everything her sense of style is elegant, classy and sexy. Every time someone walks in our home they start to gush compliments which I accept only for a few minutes before I give up my design secret, Concept 2 Design!!! If you are considering using a professional, do not hesitate to give her a call, I promise it was the best decision we ever made!
