I hired Copeland + Co for design services for a bathroom remodel and accessory dwelling unit and had an extremely positive experience. Kat has great attention to detail, professionalism, and most importantly, design sense. We established a common vision for the projects and then Kat took it from there, bringing options for me to decide from and coordinating all of the logistics behind the scenes. I was under a time crunch to get a listing ready for sale. The sellers had good furniture & accessories, but they were all in the wrong place with extra clutter. Kat came in and worked some magic in a matter of a few hours! The house looks incredible in large part to her skills at staging the house using only the owner's existing belongings.
