Corio Design House

We worked with Corio Design House on our nursery, primary bedroom, and an office/storage solution for our small San Francisco apartment. Overall space planning without sacrificing style was our main goal, and Cailey knocked it out of the park! Being a mom herself, Cailey is a great resource for design designing a practical yet stylish nursery. The primary bedroom is cozy and beautiful, and the solution she came up with for the office/storage — which cleverly hides the office and monitor in our living room behind pocket doors — is especially smart. Cailey has a great eye for detail and chose pieces, finishes, and techniques I never would have thought of myself, but that make such a big difference in how the spaces feel day to day. The cabinet maker she brought in for our custom office and storage build was also fantastic. Cailey is very committed to her clients. We ran into one miscommunication (which happens in any project) that Cailey handled with total professionalism and understanding. She guided us to a resolution we felt good about. It really showed how much she values her clients being happy with the end result. Overall, Cailey is talented and great at maximizing small spaces. I would definitely working with her!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cailey for the second time. She helped me design a nursery for our baby girl who is on the way and another room for our toddler boy. We hired Cailey for comprehensive interior design for our new construction home, a large, complicated custom home. After a brutal two year construction process, we're nearing the end, and I can confidently say that hiring Cailey was one of the absolute best decisions we made. She made our lives so much easier, she made our home so much better, and I can't imagine what it would've been like if we didn't have her helping us. In a world of subcontractor quality issues, delays, supply chain problems, and budget overruns, Cailey was a consistent bright spot. She really knows her stuff. Everything from wood flooring to paint to staircase railings to countertops to bathrooms to couches to window treatments. I could go on and on. Her father was also a custom cabinet maker, so she knows a great deal more about cabinetry than most interior designers. Probably the best thing I can say is that I just never had to really worry about Cailey, whereas I had to worry about almost everyone else. Cailey was always on top of whatever it was that she was tasked with. She helped us make decisions when we were overwhelmed. She steered us away from bad choices that were too "trendy" and helped our beautiful new home become timeless instead. It should go without saying at this point that she is an incredibly talented designer. You can tell she really cares about her craft. Every room is unique, while also working together with the whole home. Our home is full of special places and thoughtful details. I could go on and on and on but I'll just save you the time and advise you to hire Cailey if she has availability because she probably won't soon.

It's been truly wonderful working with Cailey. She is so thoughtful in all of her choices and always gives us a variety of styles to consider that we would have never thought of on our own. She has worked with us literally from the ground up as we've built our custom home and has been by our side every step of the way for almost two years now. Cailey has meticulous attention to detail and a sharp eye for the flow of a room, from the design of the cabinetry to the perfect mixture of textiles and colors that will bring it to life. We wanted our home to have both modern and traditional elements, and she's been able to seamlessly blend the two. She's super organized (she provides binders of all design information to our contractors with everything laid out clear and precise), highly communicative, and just all-around a joy to work with!

Cailey was the most professional and talented designer I have ever worked with. My husband and I hired Cailey to help us with the remodeling of our kitchen, our daughter’s bedroom, and her playroom. We weren’t exactly sure how the process would work as we were out of state but Cailey was amazing every step of the way. Aside from her amazing talent she was kind, thoughtful, asked all the right questions and at the end of the day she really listened to what we wanted. Everything she did for us turned out better than I could have ever imagined and we will be hiring her for many more projects in the future.
