Can not say enough about how terrific Carol is. She had me when she walked in with a tape measure! Carol listens, makes suggestions and does an outstanding job. She oversaw several projects for us in addition to helping us pick furniture, choose colors and make our condo beautiful. She stays on top of all aspects of a project and keeps you updated along the way. This was important to us as we were in Florida while she was working on our downtown Asheville condo. My only regret is we ran out of things for Carol to do. I highly, highly recommend this talented and lovely lady,

Carol did a great job working with us on a newly built home. We were coming from out of state to further complicate the process. Carol was enormously helpful in selecting paint colors, window treatments and furnishings. We were not in town when the last furniture pieces arrived. Carol worked with the delivery and placed everything for us. When I saw it, I thought ‘that works so well; it didn’t occur to me to arrange it that way.’ Carol listened and understood what we wanted even when we didn’t fully understand it ourselves.

Imagine moving to a one and a half acre lot with home dated from 1983 when COVID began. Carol dove in and created our dream home. The home needed love and looked dated. The yard had ants, moles, grubs too. Carol realized our needs and put together a comfortable amazing home.

Carol was very accessible; she was able to help us at a moment's notice. She was a good listener and has many years of experience. The final result was stunning! I would recommend her without reservations.

Carol was great! She kept in touch when the project took longer than expected (not due to her causing). She even helped rearrange furniture with me! Highly recommend!

Carol was there every step of the process... she answered every question we had about our bathroom remodel promptly and made sure we understood the process.. she took our vision and turned it into reality and our bathroom turned out absolutely amazing... we would recommend her services 100 times over! She is great at what she does and makes sure you are satisfied when the job is complete! She is awesome!

i worked with carol on design of a master suite. She has a great sense of design and color and what i liked best about her was that she truly listened and allowed it to become a collaborative process. I have worked with designers before that i had to almost jump and shout to get their attention. Not Carol. She listens and incorporates. Even when i didn't exactly want her initial idea.....she proved to be right every time.

After deciding to build our dream home to retire in we started interview Interior Design firms in lovely Asheville NC. Once we meet Carol and Sara of Creative Interiors we felt very comfortable with our decision . Our home is complete and we could not be happier! I work at a retirement community, and it is my responsibility to maintain a high occupancy rate in our independent living homes. I was having trouble with one apartment in particular, so a colleague who had success using Carol at a different location, suggested I give her a try. Upon meeting Carol, I was very impressed by her relaxed yet professional disposition, and also the by the systematic way in which she approached her work. She was eager to help and brought years of experience to the job. Carol listened closely to what I wanted, and I was thrilled with the finished product! She designed the apartment with such beautiful furniture and accessories, and the color palate she came up with was a show-stopper. After three showings, I had a client commit to it before even walking completely through. I highly recommend Carol and know I would use her services again in the future.

Carol has been an immense help in advising on our recent downsizing from a large home to a condo. She has an excellent eye for color and created a contemporary palate that is perfect for our taste. She listens to what her client says and is always willing to offer suggestions that one might not think about. Her company offers full design services in addition to her Hunter Douglas business and I would highly recommend her for anything design related. You won't be disappointed!

Carol was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive and professional. She understood my budget and while she went over budget on some items she then compensated by finding amazing bargains in other places. She has a great eye for creative uses of unique pieces and also understands that sometimes older pieces have sentimental value and just can't be disposed of.

Carol assisted us in fitting our windows with a mix of HD Solera shades and HD Duette shades throughout our home. She was a delight to work with and we're very pleased with the final results. Carol was always prompt with her responses and was priced competitively to other Hunter Douglas retailers in the Asheville area. She has a keen design eye and knows the products well.
