Studio 818 Design + Build Management

Gosh, where do I start with The Curated Group? First, I was very happy to find them when I did. I am a real estate investor with a background in Interior Design. I had been searching for a home stager that could finish off the look of our beautifully built homes but most stagers fell short with their aesthetic and found myself having to stage my own homes. It wasn't until I found The Curated Group that I felt comfortable with someone else taking over the Furniture component of a real estate investment. Not only is their design aesthetic WAY more than just a stager but they invest in good quality furniture for their clients' homes. I felt like the "design" was equally important to them as it was to us. It was not just another staging project. Melanie and her team carefully curated the pieces that would best compliment the home. I was equally impressed with her responsiveness and communication with our team. We definitely had a one-on-one relationship with the lead designer and we felt like she was an extension of our own team. I will continue to use Melanie and her team for future projects and will happily refer her to anyone looking for a professionally styled and staged home.

I hired The Curated Group to stage my 1/2 condo. I interviewed several companies but after meeting with Melanie I saw that she understood what I was looking for, and after reviewing the proposal, I agreed to step back and put my trust in her designing ability. Not the easiest thing for me to do, but I must tell you, the design was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. Melanie and Stefano elevated my ideas into a well thought out contemporary design with quality furnishings and accessories. They did research on the area, looked at other comps and put in lots of time and effort in fully staging the condo. I knew I was in good hands and chose the right company. My beautifully upgraded condo staged by Melanie's group instantly became a standout in an area that had lots of units available with very few selling. Melanie and her team were very professional, knowledgeable and pricing was reasonable. I was able to sell the condo in just over 2 months well above the price of any similar unit sold in the area over the last 2 years and well worth the price. I would highly recommend this company for staging and interior design. Great experience!

Melanie and her team are absolutely amazing. They really go above and beyond to every detail to make sure they achieve the best look and fell for your property. Melanie does a great job curating all of the personal touches, furniture and art work. She also makes sure they you feel comfortable with each idea and is there to follow through for the entire process. I really would recommend Melanie and her team for any project!

I hired Curated Home staging to stage a client’s condo in Miami before listing it. Stefano and his team were professional all throughout the process, and the finished product is an elegant, beautiful space. I have worked with several other stagers before and the difference is in that Curated owns their inventory and do not hesitate buying pieces that suit the specific needs of the space, instead of renting bland furniture. In my case, they used a brand new custom-built couch and a Saccaro glass and wood table! The property listed and went under contract in less than a week which is way below average for a luxury condo in this market. Thank you Curated and thank you Stefano, I will be calling you very soon for my next listing.

I am a real estate investor and this was my first time hiring a home stager. I found CURATED home staging on-line and loved their portfolio, so I called them.
