Wonderful human being and fabulous design! Melinda designed our new home for us, and we love the plans. We’ve gotten nothing but compliments on it, and the entire process with her was smooth and professional from start to finish. We just had company over for Thanksgiving and many of my relatives complimented our laundry room which is part of our master bedroom closet. That laundry room was 100% Melinda’s idea, and everyone who sees my house wants to steal it.

Melinda did a fantastic job with our house plans! She was extremely helpful and made many revisions for us along the way. She was very quick getting back to us and available via phone if needed as well. We highly recommend her!

My husband and I hired Melinda to draw our house plan. It was a first for us , so we were alittle apprehensive. She was wonderful ! She was always professional , yet warm and friendly. We are in the middle of building our home now, and everything is going great. We would definitely use her again!
