CUSTOM HOME DECOR

My partner and I ordered custom Roman Blinds for our ensuite bathroom and our guest bathroom. After the consultation process the blinds that were initially installed on May 20 were not even close to what we wanted. They were unacceptable and one blind could not get installed, as it did not fit the window. However, I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the owner, Shikha, is lovely and asked for a second chance to get it right. After a very thorough consultation and us sending photos of exactly what we wanted, we were told that we could finally get exactly what were were looking for. And that the blinds would fit perfectly. On June 29th we finally got the replacement blinds. The ensuite is now fine but as you can see from the 3rd photo, the blind in the guest bathroom is a poor fit and shows a lot of light on the sides. The first two photos are the photos we sent as examples. We were told the Roman Blind would look like the photos but as you can see it does not fit like the two examples. This is small company that clearly needs some technical help and we wish them well as they are so nice but if you are looking for quality custom blinds that will fit perfectly, I would look around until they can improve their operations.
