When we relocated to Greenwood, we purchased a new construction home that was basically a clean slate--white walls, white woodwork, neutral carpeting, and "builder grade" plumbing and light fixtures. We hired Dale Hughes Interior Design based on the company's reputation and a personal recommendation. During his initial consultation with us, Dale Hughes proved to be adept at determining our personal taste and a suitable color palette. Given this information, he used his expertise and our input to guide our choices. Dale continued to meet with us numerous times during each phase of the design project. He accompanied us to dealerships and furniture stores to help with our selections. Dale also arranged for reputable vendors to meet at our new home to coordinate new cabinetry, painting, window treatment, added built-ins, additional electrical work, and exterior area design upgrades. As inevitable bumps occurred, Dale was there to smooth things out. Dale and his team were professional, talented, creative, resourceful, and congenial! They also helped with construction changes, section of artwork and subsequent matting and framing (Terry Blair is so skilled in this area,) and placement of furniture to create an inviting, warm, and current home environment.
