DAMA is perfection. Heather and Maggie renovated and decorated my beach house from scratch and the result is incredible. From painting, design, and renovation to art consulting, procurement and installation, they managed every detail. The entire process was smooth, collaborative, and seamless. The team was responsive, fun to work with, and delivered exactly what I hoped for. They’re thorough, communicative, transparent, and have a sharp sense of style. I couldn’t be happier, highly recommended.

Heather from DAMA interiors is simply the best. My husband and I asked her to help us design storage solutions for a new build - family room, living room, and guest room that would keep our needs as a family with young children front and center. She helped us identify and hone our "style" from a disarray of hundreds of "inspiration photos" I had collected over a few years. Her recommendations for storage solutions were stylish, pragmatic, in line with a cohesive style that she designed for us, and completely within the challenging small budget we established for her. I am really looking forward to having both her and Maggie help us with projects in the near future, including landscaping/hardscaping a large backyard/front yard and an ADU as I trust they will be able to transform these spaces with vision/imagination that I would have never had on my own!

Maggie and Heather did an incredible job with our office. They decorated in a way that was creative and colorful while maintaining a professional aesthetic and quality expected for a NYC office space. They delivered well beyond our expectations, even creating original artwork and custom furniture based on the aesthetic and DNA of the company. They are talented beyond that of designers, showcasing artistic creativity and dynamism. But do not sacrifice practicality and speed! It was logistically flawless. Highly recommend DAMA Interiors for their exceptional talent and dedication to creating spaces that inspire.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Heather and Maggie at DAMA Interiors for our new NYC apartment, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! We first started working with DAMA several months before our new apartment was ready. It was a brand new build, and all we had were some photos from the construction site and a floorplan. From the start, they helped us visualize every detail before we even moved in, using renderings that truly brought floorplans into something workable, saving us months of time before our apartment was ready for move-in. Their expertise in space planning was invaluable—every room was designed with purpose and personality, perfectly tailored to the realities of small-space living in the city. What we loved most about working with them is how effortlessly they mix high, low, vintage, custom, and unexpected elements to create a home that feels both curated and personal. Their collaborative, detail-driven, and highly organized process made what could have been an overwhelming task feel completely manageable. Beyond their incredible design talent, Heather and Maggie are just wonderful people—warm, creative, and truly EFFICIENT. If you’re looking for designers who combine practicality and sophistication, we couldn’t recommend DAMA more!

The most highly recommended group! I moved into a new apartment last fall and my apartment is completely transformed into a chic beautiful style that is aligned with my own personal style. Dama worked with my own style and price point and truly elevated my new apartment, and we had fun along the way. I felt completely taken care of, Heather and Maggie are incredibly organized, super fun and easy to work with and always prioritized how I felt about the design. The pieces they picked out were amazing, high quality, timeless, and super unique to me. They thought about everything, and took ownership of the project, which is exactly what I needed--their vision was amazing and everything from the furniture, light fixtures, plants, candles and matches. I was so impressed when everything was coming together and when it was finished, I couldn't have been more excited to show it off to my friends and family--it was perfect! I felt heard throughout the entire process and I couldn't be more excited about my new apartment. I highly recommend them, they are professional, organized, smart, fun, thorough, and dedicated to designing spaces that are unique to their clients.

DAMA helped us completely furnish our empty new home a few years back. This was our first home purchase and we had never gone through this process with a designer before. We were really overwhelmed at the idea of furnishing the entire home and DAMA came in and made it seamless. It is hard to find someone you really trust, and Heather from DAMA really listened to our aesthetic goals for the home and heard our concerns about pet friendliness, comfort, and staying within budget while making it look amazing! She had great ideas and was incredibly helpful, down to earth, and insightful. I highly recommend DAMA for anyone looking for an amazing interior design studio and we have already recommended them to many friends and family-- who all raved about DAMA. Heather with DAMA took the lead in helping us come up with a design scheme for our new townhome and a complete bathroom renovation. My husband and I have VERY different styles and struggle to see eye to eye - Heather took in each of our individual styles and came up with plans that couldn’t have been more aesthetically pleasing to either of us!! She somehow knows how to translate a thought in our head into a concrete idea that works with the bones of our place and also our styles. She has also been very conscious about our budget and made decisions based on what we can afford. I will be using Dama Interior’s design services again!

All I can say is - you are making a mistake if you don't hire Dama. They helped me with renovating and furnishing my home in the Pacific Palisades and my husband and I are so happy we chose to work with them. Heather and Maggie are so amazing to work with. They are great listeners, easy to work with, flexible and have the best style. They really listen to what the client wants and do a great job of staying organized and budget oriented throughout the process. They took something that was really overwhelming for me and made it feel seamless. The place looks gorgeous now and I recommend them to all my friends and family!
