This is the second home we have done with Dan Davis Design! In fact, before purchasing the home, I made sure they were available to assist us. That is how much I value their insights and expertise. Our project was a full house renovation. We brought our 1963 colonial into the 21st century with a more contemporary vibe. We are thrilled with the results!! Dan, Paul and team are the consummate professionals and really listen to their clients wants and needs. With the size of this project, I truly appreciated how they were able to align all of our design choices so that we have a cohesive look and feel throughout the house. I highly recommend them!

Dan, Paul and their team are an absolute joy to work with!! When we met I was a divorced man who needed help designing and decorating my new builder's spec home that I had purchased in Birmingham, MI. I really had no experience with interior design but I knew that I wanted my home to be customized to my tastes and to feel like a part of my personality. Dan and Paul helped me (and my girlfriend - now wife) to learn and discover things about my/our tastes that I never could have imagined. Color schemes, tied to furniture, flooring, wall coverings, window accents, art and accessories, all came together in a way that almost seemed like magic. They also helped me with an outdoor project that included a screened porch construction and landscaping. The end result is that we now live in a home that feels like our own personal sanctuary. Dan and Paul have become our friends and I know that I have grown as a person by working with them.

Dan Davis design is a fantastic design studio and I highly recommend them! Dan Davis, Paul Johnson and the entire team were professional and easy to work with. What started out as a living room/family room update turned into an entire house update because we were so pleased with their work! They really listened to us (our needs and wants) and helped us develop a design the both my husband and myself were very happy with. They did a great job of incorporating items and furniture that we already had to make our house "unique" and reflect our style. They are truly a pleasure to work with!!

Dan Davis Design was a dream to work with on my first (and likely last) full-house (2 baths, kitchen, floors) renovation project. They spend a lot of up-front time getting to know the client and the client's taste and inclinations (i.e. I hate shopping - they did that. Many choices overwhelm me so less in better.) That was incredibly valuable. It saved time and effort as they narrowed in on what I wanted but could not express or visualize. They translated! They work with fantastic contracts so between them and the upfront work, the actual renovation went smoothly, quickly and on budget. Most important, the result is stunningly beautiful. I could not be happier. Can't wait to have them back to apply the finishing touches!

We came to Dan and Paul of Dan Davis Design with some ideas for renewing our 1920s home. They provided us with amazing help finding contractors, vendors, and the materials and finishes that matched our imagination and our budget at the same time. In recreating our kitchen and a full bath, they helped us save some money in key areas with alternative materials without sacrificing the style we wanted to end up with. They're true pros, but also a lot of fun to work with - also important during a stressful remodel. Having the creativity to put a perfect look and feel together is one thing, knowing how to execute it in real life is another. Dan and Paul saved us countless hours of searching and agonizing over choices, making the process as easy and fun as it can be.
