Decorating Den Interiors - Shivers' Design Team

We had the privilege of working with Heather Landolt and she is AMAZING! She helped us pick out colors for our new bathroom remodel, tile for our floor remodel and blinds. She has helped us update our restaurant and we plan to use her again in the future!

I have worked with Jillian Johnson on two small projects - picking paint out for two rooms and curtains for one room. Jillian was extremely professional and helpful on both projects. She met with us more than once to determine what our needs were and to give us suggestions. The new curtains were hung yesterday and two rooms have been painted to date. We will definitely work more with her in the future.

My husband and I worked with Maggie Stafford to help design our living/dining space. Maggie did a great job of transforming our space into something we absolutely love. She took the time to find out what we really wanted in our house and kept it functional for our family with small children. I would recommend her if this is a new process for you. She was extremely patient with us and truly wanted the design to fit our personality.

I had the privilege of working with Jillian to design and install drapes in our family room. She listened to what we wanted, worked to incorporate the existing room items and also discussed with me what could be done that would be within my budget. The design idea she came up with was a perfect balance of beautiful and informal. It was unique and totally completed the room as I had hoped but without losing the feel of the room that I desired to keep. We were so pleased with the process from beginning to end.

Nola and Jillian were professional, timely and the did outstanding work that fit our style perfectly. I have recommended them to several friends and would use them again.

My partner and I had Jillian put together designs to help make our offices functional yet comfortable before our office got busy with tax season. She listened to our wants and needs and came up with designs in which we were able to tailor to our specific needs. Decorating Den renovated, & brought new life to our kitchen & dining area. They replaced counter tops, floors, back splash, built an island, replaced patio doors & added those finishing touches (hardware, trim). Then before they left they helped me place decor, pictures, knickknacks to improve the look of the entire area. I had them back, because they did so well...to replace my window coverings with blinds. I would totally recommend Decorating Den & especially Jillian Johnson. They were respectful of my home, & property. Always professional, but friendly & kind. I would hire them again!

Heather Landolt helped me decorate my own home as well as a total remodel on a 1926 bungalow. Her knowledge of every aspect of the process was amazing. She knew the color pallets and suppliers of fabric, paint, trim, blinds, etc. and was quick to respond to my questions. She was very professional every step of the way and made sure that I was satisfied with the end result in both projects. She listened to my tastes and budget. I would highly recommend Heather and Decorating Den and will use her expertise again in the future.

I have used Decorating Den for all my decorating needs throughout the last 15 years. I worked with the same decorator for each project & was always thrilled with the outcome! Just recently, I had to work with a new decorator & I was a bit apprehensive about the whole process since it had been at least five years since the last project. Maggie Stafford arrived for the first visit and she was pleasant and was knowledgeable, but I was still nervous. But I must say, soon after the first visit I knew I was in excellent hands. Decorating den was still the great company I remembered and they have the most professional and personable decorators. Maggie was great in understanding exactly what I wanted and kept me right within my budget as well. I was more than completely satisfied!! I love,love,love my new basement!! Jillian helped us decide paint colors for kitchen cabinet remodel and new window treatments as well as kitchen and dining area rugs. She was beyond helpful and had great ideas and creativity and definitely helped every step of the way. She was also very accessible and efficient.

I bought a new house that needed decorating. I was introduced to Heath Landolt at Decorating Den and we seemed to hit it off. I had a large amount of art work that I wanted to use. I also did not want to have to purchase furniture. Heather came in and helped me with my bedroom, to choose draperies and bedding, which Dcorating Den's workroom made. The finished result was beautiful. Then we moved on to the great room. We chose a fabric that was beautiful, and the drapes were made. The one room that was done was the piano room. It was to have a formal look, that I had a picture from a magazine that I wanted. I had tried to get the same drapery look in my former home in FL. They told me that it couldn't be done. Linda came in with Heather and said that she could do it and she did do it. I love everything that Heather has done and would recommend her to anyone who wants their home to be special. At no time did I feel,pressured to do something that I didn't agree with. Heather worked with me to make this my home using the things that meant something to me. I would truly recommend Heather Landholt to anyone who desires to have someone who helps you create a picture and then she and Decorating Den accomplish the work. I used Maggie Stafford from Decorating Den recently when I needed advice regarding furniture for a difficult space in my home. Maggie suggested that I simply re-cover the existing furniture--since it worked well in the space. That was the perfect solution. I was able to keep my furniture while updating its look. Maggie brought lots of fabric samples for me look through. She was patient and encouraging, offering honest and helpful feedback. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision. In the end, I now have a "new" couch and chair that I love. In addition, Maggie helped me find bar stools for my kitchen island. She ordered them, put them together, and delivered them to my door. I really appreciate her personable, professional service. I definitely recommend her.
