Laurie Dragunoff is from Connecticut and graduated from UMass Amherst in 1990 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in interior design. She has been an interior designer for 29 years, originally for other architectural and interior design firms. Laurie then went into business for herself and created Decorative Interiors with her own location in Middletown, Connecticut for 16 years at the Galleria Design Center where she sold furniture, window treatments, accessories, wallpaper, fabrics, and lighting. In 2015 Laurie moved to the Market Common in Myrtle Beach where she has turned her house into a showroom, and attends continuing education twice a year to remain up-to-date on product knowledge and trends.
