The Best Ever, Robin and her team were always on time and made every meeting count. We love our remodel. They made the process and easy one.

We loved working with Robin and her team at Design Works! We did an entire renovation of our 1st floor including the kitchen, laundry, bath and multiple living spaces and the results are absolutely stunning. Robin and her team are creative and professional with a great attention to detail. They worked tirelessly to provide beautiful options that worked within our budget and the results speak for themselves!

We used Design Works on our interior design of our home in Newport Coast. We wanted our home to feel welcoming, soft and beautiful and with their guidance and expertise they helped us create just that! We absolutely love our home and everything they helped us select was not only ascetically pleasing but very cozy and comfy as well! We are so grateful to Robin and her entire staff! They did an amazing job!

DO NOT HIRE DESIGN WORKS! Robin doesn't care about the finished project, only cares about the money she'll make. On the day of install (which should have been the completion date), she only had 2/3 of the furniture in, only put up half of the decor needed to fill the home and there was no artwork. She also waited to order the bath accessories until 2 days before install so they were over 2 weeks late. Then she never came back to finish the project. We got tired off making the phone calls asking when things would get done and only heard from her when we held back money due. We started working with her 6 months before the home was finished so it wasn't a case of rushed deadlines by any means. She is considered a distributor for some of the furniture lines and we had a few items with defects or issues. She ignores our calls and emails asking for the items to be fixed. She never treats you like the client or cares about doing a good job. Her excuse is always "welcome to my world". She ordered pieces that don't fit or are completely off the color scheme (barstools that are 27" high for a 30" table, a narrow table to display items behind a couch when it was suppose to be a table to eat at, a yellow creme headboard in a completely white and grey room). BEWARE of this designer, she asks for her fee to be paid in full 12 weeks after signing the contract which in our case was well before install and then doesn't finish the project and doesn't care.

Fabulous! 5 Star rating across the board! We purchased a home in Shady Canyon and wished to remodel as well as decorate before moving in. Design Works came highly recommended by a few acquaintances so we had Robin and her associate, Keighley, out to our house. We felt comfortable immediately. Robin understood that we wanted to use furniture from our existing house as well as purchase new to fit our Tuscan style home. Robin listened to us and simply made it work effortlessly. The project book for our house was comprehensive and easy to understand. For every recommendation, options were given. We always had samples of everything so that we could envision the finished product. The team handled everything from A to Z in a most professional manner. Robin and her team at Design Works made our house a home. Our house showcases their outstanding ability to mesh all aspects of a living space and make it unique, comfortable, functional and beautiful. We highly recommend Design Works!

DesignWorks has been a great help to us as we furnish our new home. We've been impressed with their design ideas and the quality of products they offer. The team is very knowledgeable of style trends and they do a great job making selections, so that each room complements one another. They truly listen to your desires regarding style and functionality and their instincts have been routinely good regarding pieces that we were initially hesitant about. All of the team members are very personable and are pleasant to work with.
