Isabelle helped us remodel our Kitchen, dining room and family room, and we could not possibly be more pleased with the process and the results. Isabelle has impeccable taste. However, when we look at the rooms she helped us design, we don't see her taste, we see our own. At every step of the way, Isabelle helped us to select design components that we liked, but in a way that created harmony and balance throughout our home- something we could not achieve on our own. Throughout the process, we felt that Isabelle's loyalty was to us, as her customer. She helped us decide where our money was best spent to get the most out of our budget. She never pressured us to use a particular contractor or supplier. Several times, we asked her input as we selected contractors, and those whom she recommended were of the highest caliber, in terms of workmanship, professionalism, quality, and value. Working with Isabelle alleviated a lot of decision making stress from the remodel process. She listened carefully to the things that were important to my husband, and to me. She made recommendations that appealed to both of us. We found ourselves making decisions with confidence- not worry or regret. I highly recommend calling Isabelle for your project, of any scope. I have worked with this designer off and on for many years, and with this company since 2003. Isabelle has helped me to put together many rooms in my home with wonderful results. She is creative and helpful and has a wide variety of resources to help find what works best for my home and my tastes. She makes knowledgeable suggestions but allows me to accept or reject ideas that just don't fit for me. She never applies pressure nor does she push her preferences onto me. I feel totally free to tell her when I like something or not, and at the same time, when I am uncertain she gives me a new perspective to help me decide. As a result I have several nicely designed rooms in my home that I am extremely satisfied with. And I have other rooms that I will ask her to help me update in the future. I have had the pleasure of working with Isabelle for many years. We began more than ten years ago redesigning my Living and Dining Rooms. I was so pleased with Isabelle's work that we embarked on a total Kitchen remodel. Recently, in 2013 we remodeled our Master Bath. The fact that I return to Isabelle again and again speaks volumes. In addition to her exquisite taste, she has an admirable work ethic. Isabelle has taken great pains to tailor every project we have undertaken to accommodate my style and my budget. My husband and I have utilized Isabelle's services for several projects over the years, the latest of which was our master bathroom. We find Isabelle to be thoughtful, creative, and very responsive. Our new master bathroom is both beautiful and functional. The construction company we hired separately and apart from Isabelle for the project initially performed significantly below industry standard. They had to fire the subcontractor and perform massive re-work. Isabelle was extremely helpful in providing us with insight and support as we worked through the construction issues. We are very pleased with Isabelle's performance and highly recommend her services.
