District Home Staging

District Staging did a wonderful job on a small condo I listed in Georgetown. Staging a cozy one bedroom can be tricky and they did a great job adapting to the space. They used two parallel mirrors in the living room to open and brighten the space. The furniture and accessories were well thought out and customized to the property. The condo was under contract for full price before the open house.

The Spera Group at TTR Sotheby's took over the listing at 36 Q Street NE which had been staged and sate on the market for 7 months with another brokerage and staging company. We took over the listing and brought in District Home Staging. They quickly accessed the unit and the previous staging and determined that while nice furniture had been brought in, the previous staging did not enhance the space and ultimate made it feel smaller. District Home Staging came in and staged, we reduced the price by $10,000 and brought it back to market. We had 2 offers within 5 days and escalated above asking close to the original asking price. District Home Staging was flexible with our timeframe and moved quickly so my seller didn't lose anymore time in moving to the next stage in her life.
