Devon has done a fabulous job at transforming our house to a beautiful home. She has helped us remodel the kitchen and upstairs guest bath, as well as decorate the living, dining and guest rooms. Several years ago we decided to add a room off the kitchen to provide more living space. Devon designed the floor space, doors, windows and ceilings so the room feels like it has always been a part of the house. She is great with colors, layout, and all the finishing details. We recently hired her to do the custom window treatments for my daughters’ room and we absolutely love them. We would not undertake a design project in our home without her design expertise.

Over a two year period, Devon Garner has helped me with every single aspect of creating my dream home. I had my old house demolished and wanted to build the new home on the same site, saving the gardens I’d planted over many years. Devon’s enthusiasm, her ever abundant energy and always excellent ideas became the moving force that carried us through every single circumstance. She got to know me and the things I love very quickly. She helped select the blueprints and had brilliant ideas of how to alter them to fit my specific needs. She seemed to know experts in every field and could sketch and draw what I wanted like a skilled artist. She helped me select absolutely everything from the windows and doors, the stone, brick, beams, cabinets, tile, flooring, and rock for a huge fireplace and outdoor patio. Her choice of paint colors and wall paper suit me to a tee and her ability to find the perfect fabrics for drapes, shades, carpets and upholstery is, in my opinion, genius! Lord knows, building a house can be stressful, but thanks to Devon it was also a joy!

Devon has helped me over the last several years with various design projects in my home. She successfully updated my great room with new furniture, wall color, window treatments and art. She completely transformed my 20+ year old master bath beyond what I could envision. Not only did she design the bath to best utilize the overall space, she selected and purchased beautiful tiles, vanity, lighting, mirrors and plumbing fixtures. I asked her to directly work with my contractor to communicate and provide the products/designs needed to complete the project. I could not be more pleased with her work. During the past twelve years, Devon has worked with my property management company on numerous projects. Our projects ranged from a commercial office building (C-Class) to very high-end residential condominiums in Naples, Florida (12 units – full range design). The commercial projects included revamping outdated portions of a 150,000 sq ft office building, new area build outs and four lobby transformations. She tirelessly provided creative solutions to unusual problems and continually worked within our budget. Her project management skills and ability to work with our maintenance staff and contractors made our workflow quite smooth.
