I hired Erin to update our small condo. She listened to what we wanted and delivered the look we were hoping for. Ultimately there was a happy ending, but it was an aggravating experience. While she made assurances the work could be completed within budget her first proposal was for more than twice my budget, and that did not include her fees which amounted to 20% of my total budget. Struggles with costs continued over time. When invoiced for the final balance we asked Erin to do a final inspection as we were out of state. Erin agreed and contacted us about three weeks later reporting that all work was complete, everything looked great, and payment should be made. When we returned about 4-6 weeks later, we found a number of little things remained unfinished. while efforts have been made to correct and repair those things, we are now nearly 14 months past our initial contact and things remain undone. I understand that it was a busy time and that our project might have been viewed as small, but I never felt I was a valued customer.

Good afternoon. We are so pleased that in the end you ultimately were happy with the end result of your design as we feel it turned out beautifully! We do make assurances to have budget meetings up front so that both client and EH Design can ensure that the relationship is a good fit and the numbers fit within the clients budget. This way we are able to make adjustments accordingly. Regarding the timeline, unfortunately we are at the mercy of the contractors and builders and do whatever we can on our end to speed up the process and keep the project on time. Because this is such a busy time, many contractors schedules have been pushed back which in most cases is out of our control. We do really appreciate your business and wish you all of the best. Again, we are happy that you are happy with your condo and hope you enjoy your space for years to come.

We hired Erin/EH Design to update and lighten our main living room and family room areas. Her choices of color and design were perfect for us. She provided warm, tranquil and inviting spaces for us to spend our time as well as to entertain family and friends. She was able to create a unique area for us to display photos of a loved one that is subtle and yet so meaningful. Her creativity, attention to detail, professionalism and ability to problem solve are some of her greatest assets especially as she did it all while we were challenged during a pandemic. We highly recommend her!

It’s been almost one year since our ‘reveal’ day w/EH Design and we love our space just as much, maybe more! Erin and team were great to work with. Because we have two small children, guidance on what pieces, materials, colors, etc. would have the longevity for a family was paramount. EH Design was able to provide recommendations for family life without sacrificing on style. It was such a treat to have someone pull everything together so you didn’t have to do all the research and searching yourself. I would absolutely work with Erin and team again.

Erin is simply the best!!! I have used Erin twice for interior projects in my home and both times she has nailed the design perfectly! She truly listens to the customer and what they want. I would hire her again in a second and would definitely recommend her to others looking for design help!!

EH Design was perfect for our project needs. Right from the beginning they listened to our desires for our renovation and saw our vision for the final product. Communication was always open and she really understood what we desired. The project was completed within an appropriate time-frame and to perfection. She respected our desired budget and provided a professional, quality finish. I highly recommend anyone looking for project help consult EH Design. Our project needs consisted of everything from paint colors, light fixtures, door pulls, furniture selection and finalized decor. Everything was perfect and I love living in my home!

The design of the main level was perfect. A craft area for the kids and a relaxing space for the adults blended seamlessly. Attention to details but aware of limitations due to the home being used as a in home daycare. Beautiful job with caring, professional people.

EH Design was able to take 2 completely different styles and turn it into one beautiful main level in our home. We continue to receive compliments on our home whenever we host. Erin’s eye for details is outstanding not to mention the talent to be able to visualize a room prior to being put together is amazing.

I hired Erin to update our home. It desperately needed new paint colors and decor. She did a wonderful job picking a color scheme that flows well throughout the house and beautiful decor. Erin listened to what I wanted and was able to implement in our home. I never felt pressured to do anything and enjoyed working with her. She has done a few different projects throughout my home and I plan on working with her in the future. I constantly get comments on house my house is decorated and I always tell them how amazing Erin is! I would absolutely recommend!

Erin is an incredibly talented designer! Her palettes are unique, but she also has a broad spectrum of styles rather than doing the same look in every home or commercial project. She was instrumental in creating my clean white and matte black modern kitchen. I absolutely love the end result and get compliments each time I entertain. She’s into the details and functionality. A bonus...she’s super fun, has a great laugh and is a far departure from the typical snooty designers I have worked with in the past. I highly recommend EH Design!
