Emily Dyer Design

We loved working with Emily. She helped us reimagine a new kitchen and dining room, moving all the appliances for better flow and SO MUCH MORE SPACE. Her CAD plan for our new space helped us through the whole renovation, and all of our contractors used it. I provided her with about 30 needs that I wanted fulfilled in my kitchen and she considered them all. We told her we wanted color and fun and she brought two different options for everything to see how adventurous we really were. It was money well spent!!

Emily and her team were great. She helped us with the design and decorating of our office remodel. I have had nothing but compliments and all I say is, “I had a great design team!”

We had the great good fortune to have Emily recommended to us by a building professional when we were looking for someone to help redesign our den. Emily met with us to get an idea of what our style ideas were and what we wanted to accomplish. She returned to us a couple of weeks later with a very professional design board complete with color ideas and sample furniture. After a few tweaks we settled on a plan and proceeded. Emily gave a a time frame and estimated costs that she was able to adhere to. The professionals that she brought into our house were wonderful! We are extremely pleased with out new den and we would recommend Emily to anyone!

Emily brought life into our new home. She incorporated our style, along with her vision and made it a reality. From paint swatches, to drapes, to furnishings, every room is now on point. She is so organized and professional, a five star rating is not enough. We give her a 10+!

She delivered an awesome design that fit our budget, our styles, and gave us creative ideas that we could do on our own as we requested. She delivered the design in a timely fashion as she promised. When we moved to Franklin from Connecticut, we had absolutely no idea where to begin in furnishing our new house. The open floor plan was beautiful, but we needed help figuring out what kind of furnishings would best fit the space, how to find good things within our budget, and how to achieve our desired "feel"--tasteful and modern, but also warm, and welcoming. Emily was recommended to us by our Realtor, and from the beginning she was wonderful to work with! She looked at pictures of how we furnished our old house to learn a bit about our personal style, and asked great questions that helped her learn more about us and our taste. She put together detailed floor plans for every room with suggestions for furniture, fabrics, window treatments, area rugs, the works! She was an amazing bargain hunter and helped us to make spending decisions that gave us the most value for our investment. We went furniture shopping together a couple of times so that she could help us choose pieces that fit us physically, as well a aesthetically. It was so helpful having her expert "eye", knowing that the purchasing decisions we were making would all fit together into a coherent look. Emily helped make a potentially stressful process so much easier. We have been living with the furniture, rugs, and art that Emily helped us choose for over a year, and we still love it! Our house feels like a home, warm and inviting, just as we had hoped when we began the project. We called on Emily again to help us with accessorizing our home for the holidays, as we were hosting a business dinner and wanted the house to look special. Once again she worked her design magic, creating an elegant but simple look that completely fit our style and budget.

Emily is the ultimate professional, but also very personable. Her ideas are current, and she also takes into consideration your wants and needs. She helped re-design several areas in our office. She can do a full design, with installation. But she gave us colors and ideas and we did the shopping. It worked out great!

We are general contractors and have worked on a number of projects for Emily. Some she has brought us in on, others we have brought her into the project. Regardless she is always professional and makes the home owner and contractors job so much easier. What I like the best is her clients or our clients immediately love and trust her making the project run so much smoother. I would recommend Emily to anyone needing an Interior Designer.

I've worked with Emily for several months and she's done an awesome job. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with her services. She's available and knowledgeable as a designer. I didn't realize how much time and MONEY she could save me by having her as my designer but it's worth it. I would highly recommend.

Emily single-handedly transformed my two dental offices with her creative and forward-thinking design concepts. Most designers I've worked with in the past do not allow the client to have a voice in the process, but Emily was able to take my ideas and find cost-effective solutions to make them come to life. She is an incredible multi-tasker and is always available when you need her. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a designer. I will definitely work with her in the future.

Total kitchen renovation. She designed the new kitchen layout, cabinets, counters, picked appliances, backsplash, lighting & even hardware. The end result was stunning! Patient, kind and great at what she does. She also helped with blinds & window treatments which I truly love! The kitchen was the main project though.

Emily Dyer Design did an amazing job for my wife and I when we moved into our new house. Before Emily there were all kinds of issues with the flooring and one room was just boxed in and really felt separated from the rest of the house. We also didn't really know the best way to layout our existing furniture. Emily created a full plan for our house laying out the positioning of the furniture, opening up a wall to that previously closed off room, and came up with a REALLY creative solution to bring in matching wood flooring even though the manufacturer had changed the size of the boards. It looks amazing! :-) We couldn't be happier with our experience with Emily Dyer Design or the outcome. Thanks Emily!
