Hi Jasna, I'm extremely sorry that you feel this way. I'd like to point out that you ended our business contract due to monetary concerns on your end. It wasn't until after that, that issues with the orders arose. Many of the items were still in transit at the point in which you terminated our contract, therefore I didn't have the chance to see the problems unfold, let alone fix them. Emma Lynn Design does not make any final design decisions without the client's approval. I'm very sorry if the format of our email exchanges were unclear or confusing, and the place from which the items were going to be ordered from was not clear. In the business contract, it states that "While dealing with third parties, Emma Lynn Design, LLC is not responsible for the quality of the product displayed and/or given." You and I both signed this contract, therefore I was under the impression that this was understood. When items are delivered defective, it is absolutely my pleasure to see to it that the item is fixed and/or replaced. Even after you ended our contract, I offered my further assistance multiple times, however it was declined. These issues were taken out of my hands. I'm terribly sorry that you were left to deal with these third party issues on your own. I would have loved to help resolve them. If at any point you wish to resume our contract, I'm more than happy to help.
