I am an absentee owner and the house had been rented for years. We made many improvements prior to putting it on the market in the Fall for 4 months. Even in a hot market we received no offers. Working with Mike Skidmore of Skidmore Realty we made a plan to take it off the market during the winter and put it back on in the Spring. This is not really a Flip because, even though made many improvements to the house, we have owned and rented the house for years. In essence it is a Flip because of the improvements we made after renting it. In the interim, I noticed many of the unoccupied houses for sale were staged. I contacted Jennifer, not knowing anything about her. Her response was immediate. She worked with the listing Realtor, and made suggestions for further improvements and offered her staging ideas. We implemented all of her ideas, staged the house and put it back on the market. Within 3 days we received 3 separate written offers from pre-approved buyers all over asking price. I have bought many properties over the years and this is the first time I received offers over asking price. Additionally, being an absentee owner, Jennifer could have easily conned me. She is honest, does what she says she will all in a very timely, professional manner. I would like to meet this lady personally, thank her, and shake her hand. Both Mike Skidmore and Jennifer Hernandez are two of the most professional, HONEST, real estate professionals I have ever met. They put your interests first and work hard to help you accomplish your goals. If you want to sell your property, hire both of them.

Jennifer was so incredibly helpful, beginning to end, with downsizing and home improvement journey to get home on the market. She has a really good eye for what will create a picture perfect home that buyers appreciate. Excellent contacts were provided as well, including a mover and a junk hauler. She shopped and helped me choose paint colors, cabinet hardware, flooring and countertops. I was provided a very reasonably priced written estimate for staging. The house was beautifully transformed by her skillful decorating. I believe everyone should use a stager when putting house on the market! I wholeheartedly recommend Jennifer Hernandez!
