We just finished building a third home. I have worked with numerous designers over the years. All have been talented, but I have never worked with anyone as talented as Lynn. She has an incredible eye for color and knows the exact shade of the exact color that your home needs. Lynn also kept my home my style - only much better. She helped push my house to the next level, but keeping the casual, comfortable style I wanted. Facilitated design and redecorating of Family Room, including a new built in entertainment center and sound system. Proposed and sold excellent furniture and drapery designs with an eye for detail and a creative flair that is priceless. Showed extraordinary integrity and design expertise when paint color was "off". I couldn't see the miss, but Lynn could and she insisted on replacing the paint at her expense. She is getting the call next time I need any design assistance! "Excellence" doesn't quite say enough.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Lynn Mesher. She is 100 percent professional and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are completely satisfied. She is very knowledgeable and very talented. Lynn is cost conscious, striving to stay within the given budget and working hard to find the highest quality product at the best price. I also found that she worked very well with my contractor and his subs. They found it a pleasure to work with her as well. I would highly recommend Lynn Mesher!

Lynn at Essence Interiors has helped me with several items as well as thoughtful design advice. Most recently she advised me on an appropriate lamp to go in my bedroom. She made sure I noticed the important features of the lamp and how they may or may not fit in my room. We also recently worked on finding the perfect bedside table. Lynn is extremely customer oriented - returns emails and phone calls promptly and generally tries to make the process as easy as possible. Can't say enough good things!

I really enjoy working with Lynn Mesher of Essence Interiors and love her creative sense of design, ideas and visions. I appreciate her eye for quality and she has an amazing ability to pull together antiques, new pieces, textures and color palates in a relevant way. She's always flexible to work within my budget and work out a timeline to ultimately pull my projects together. As a bonus, I find her to be a really nice person that I consider to be a friend.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lynn on several projects for my 1923 English Country home. She is a good listener and understands my personal style while preserving the integrity of our historic home. I appreciate Lynn's approach to consistently finding creative ways to incorporate my existing pieces into whatever ideas are being considered. Our most recent project was adding carpet to our front staircase. The color beautifully compliments the patterned oriental rugs in the adjoining areas. The quality and subtle detailing make it a standout. We are thrilled! Lynn is professional, cost conscious, easy to work with, and always makes the process fun!

I have been a customer of Essence Interiors for years... The last project Lynn helped me with was custom curtains for my powder room. Lynn showed me a variety of options/styles & fabrics as I shared with her my vision for the space. From there she came to my home, measured the area and we finalized the details of the project. Lynn selects the finest fabrics and has an amazing eye for detail & design. I enjoy working with her due to her experience & that she is a really nice person who wants you to be thrilled with the end result.

Lynn Mesher is the quintessential designer because she listens to her clients ideas, offers creative suggestions and then she creates a visual palette and the design adventure becomes a reality. I have worked with Lynn for over ten years and she is passionately knowledgable about design. I brought her in to create an elegant, welcoming ambiance using draperies in our living room and dining room. She orchestrated my French frou frou theme throughout our rooms starting with the light filtering Austrian shades in the living room and she even carried it into the dining room complete with a ruffle and gorgeous finial for the drapery rod. When my guests enter our home I wanted them to enter a living room and dining room where they could smile and relax in a serene room as they lingered over laughter and Lynn accomplished this on all fronts. I would highly recommend her for any project.

When my husband and I decided to do a minor kitchen remodel, we hired Lynn and Essence Interiors to give some ideas and options. As the remodel began, it became obvious that our home needed extensive repair and that much of the previous work was sub-standard. With Lynn's patience, guidance and meticulous eye for detail, we made it through a complete remodel and renovation that required 6 months, 4 of those months we had to relocate. One of the most impressive aspects of working with Lynn was that I frequently found pictures of what I wanted (many on Houzz!) and she always found a way to make it a reality on our project. From concept and design, execution to final detail, we were pleased with our experience and would recommend Lynn and Essence to anyone undertaking a home design project.
