My husband and I worked with Katy at Ethan Allen when we re-did our living room. She came out to our home to do a complementary consultation and we immediately felt like we were in good hands. Not only is she knowledgeable and has a great eye for detail and design, but she's also personable and didn't mind our three dogs saying hello :). She worked endlessly with us for a month straight to pick out the perfect leather and fabric combinations, all of which ended up looking stunning together. I can be somewhat indecisive and it's stressful for me to make big decisions like this, and Katy was super patient and did a fantastic job of leading me in the right direction so I wasn't totally overwhelmed. In the end my husband and I LOVED the colors but the actual comfort of the couch was a little off for us, and both Katy and Scott (the EA store manager) were great about working with us to reach a better solution. We will always make a point to go back to Katy for future design projects and can't recommend her enough to friends and family.
