Founded by interior designer Pat Quigley, our studio offers full-service interior design with a focus on creating modern, soulful spaces that feel deeply personal. We specialize in blending clean lines with heirloom pieces, bringing together past and present in a way that’s polished, thoughtful, and rooted in story. Whether we’re designing a full-home remodel or a highly functional kitchen, every detail is shaped by the lives and rhythms of the people who live there. We believe luxury doesn’t have to feel cold. Our aesthetic leans modern, but always with warmth—think earthy statement stones, rich woods, layered textures, and a palette that moves beyond gray and white. Each space is tailored, drawing from the client’s own style, the best of what’s current, and what’s actually available and practical today. Pat’s approach starts with listening. How do you live? We hired Fenestra Design for a complete remodel of our home, including a new kitchen, family room, bathrooms, and three decks — and the results are absolutely incredible. This was a very challenging project with many obstacles created by the contractor and subcontractors, but she handled everything with professionalism, creativity, and grace. She designed a beautiful new fireplace, a stunning kitchen, and helped us select furniture and art for the living room, dining room, kitchen, decks, and primary suite. Her taste is impeccable — every color, material, and piece feels perfectly chosen. She has a remarkable eye for light and color and an intuitive understanding of how to make spaces both beautiful and livable. Despite the many hurdles along the way, she stayed calm, communicative, and solution-oriented, guiding the project to an outcome that far exceeded our expectations. If you have pieces you want to keep she is great at incorporating them into the new design. Pat comes up with multiple options from which to choose while keeping in mind the target budget. My husband and I began updating our kitchen with new countertops and expanding some of the cabinetry. However, I was lost when trying to come up with a backsplash. Pat of Fenestra Design came over to look at the kitchen, gave to me several samples of tile to try, along with a beautiful accent tile design above our stove. We moved to Seattle from a lifetime in California, downsizing from our family home to an apartment. Pat was very easy to work with and had the ability to understand what we wanted and produce it, thereby creating spaces that felt like ours, only better. She is a color master as well as being a magician at fitting our belongings into a new space beautifully. Pat realized we wanted something fun for our craft room, something that celebrates rain, and she found this rain chandelier. She also had the cabinet shown hand designed and painted for our big walk in closet, as we requested. She did all our window treatments and overcame the challenge of tilt and turn windows where our sheers had to be attached to glass that opens inwards. We totally redid our kitchen and one bathroom, where the challenge was to fit an MTI stream bath into a small space. Every room has been improved by Pat. We could not be more pleased with her!

Pat has helped me with my home over a period of 14 years. First, when we were designing a home to be built, she worked with the architect on room layout and flow, as well as some fixture selections. For various reasons, we abandoned that project and bought an existing home. She helped me redecorate (paint, window coverings, some new furniture) and later on helped with two remodels (partial remodel of the kitchen, and the reconfiguration of a bonus room to add a bedroom.) Pat is always easy to work with, very responsive, and has an especially good eye for color and fabric textures. I've been thrilled with the result on everything she's done. Most recently, she chose paint colors for a redecorating project on the main floor (kitchen cabinets and walls throughout.)
