Jean and Tatiana were a joy to work with. I appreciate the investment of time taken to understand my style and my needs for how the space would be used every day. They brought a wealth of professional energy and creative beautiful solutions to dramatically improve the look and feel of my space.

We were very satisfied with the outcome of our project. We moved into a mid 1960's ranch and needed to furnish the living room, acquire carpeting and needed help with decor, lighting and artwork placement. Jean and Tatiana are a good team, very friendly, yet professional. I was very impressed with how they listened about our lifestyle and tastes and incorporated our other furnishings into their design and plans. They also have relationships with several local businesses and vendors that were well within our budget and there was never any pressure to "upsell" us. I am a professional photographer who was hired to photograph an interior design project for Flair Interior Design. My only contact was with Jean Phillips and the homeowner. From my initial contact with Jean through the completion of my work for her, her level of commitment and professionalism were clear. She coordinated the photoshoot with the homeowner and ensured that everything was "picture perfect." Jean clearly identified the areas and angles she wanted captured to reflect the work that had been done.Through her interactions with the homeowner it was obvious that they worked together closely on the project and had formed a very positive relationship. We can't say enough wonderful things about these ladies. We never anticipated using an interior decorator. But, when we sold our home of 37 years and had to downsize, our children gave us a gift certificate for Flair Interior Design to help us determine what to keep, what to give away and how to make it all work in a much smaller home. My husband was not a fan of consulting a decorator but was quickly won over by their practical approach. They truly work within your budget and according to your timeframe. When purchasing items for your home, they have many great connections at various price points to help you stay within budget and we have been very pleased with the quality of those they have recommended. Jean Phillips and Tatiana Beckham of Flair Interior Design are a great team if you’re in need of experienced design assistance in the Annapolis, MD area. In our case, the challenge was to avoid having to re-do everything on our home’s main floor in order to make several desired changes. Flair seamlessly tackled the task of performing design ‘surgery’ to greatly improve the aesthetics and comfort of key features of our home while keeping costs down and meeting our deadline. With Flair’s help, we upgraded two window treatments, changed an accent wall color, selected new family room furniture and living room area rug, enhanced kitchen lighting and added a tiled back-splash. Each change required careful selection of colors, styles and products that blended well with existing furnishings. Flair was very flexible and worked collaboratively with us. They recommended reliable services available in our area as well as quality products obtainable locally or online. We very pleased with the final outcome and highly recommend Flair!

Working with Jean and Tatianna has been excellent. They were able to distill my initial ideas into a great overall look which met and even exceeded my expectations. They understood our budget constraints and have helped me to have the home I was always hoping for.

Jean and Tatiana were toatally professional and a pleasure to work with when we moved into our new home. They listened closely to learn our wants and needs and offered excellent advice and help in finding fabrics, rugs, lamps, and furniture that accommodated our sense of style. They worked with me through the entire design process from determining what pieces I would need in the layout of my new home to selecting the specific items. They really understood my tastes and took my desires and budget into account. I personally sought to stay involved in the process of decorating my home as I enjoy it, but it was such a stress reliever to have professionals available to narrow and approve my decisions. They challenged me to take risks I would not have otherwise taken with my décor and I have gotten nothing but rapt praise of my apartment from all of the guests I have hosted since it was finished.

My experience working with Flair Interior Design has been wonderful! I hired Tatiana and Jean to help us space plan in our new house (focus on family room, then office), in addition to furniture shopping and accessorizing. I found Jean online and I can't tell you how great she is I was having a hard time deciding on furniture and colors for two rooms and she came in and was immediately helpful. She understood what I was looking for and spent a lot of time getting it right. I recommend her highly!

They were very responsive to all concerns with prompt follow-up.
