Very painful process. Designer is slip shoddy on his work - took him 5 months and he didn’t incorporate any of our design ask and just asking us to take his designs completely. Suggest to go with another designer in the firm.

2 years on quality of workmanship is showing. Leaks in bathroom, windows, wardrobes hinges are falling apart. Not impressed. They were meant to revarnish the floor and have not. Nor are they responding to my calls or emails.

We chose Fuse Concepts Ltd Pte based on the best presentation and ideas from our ID - Jade Kwok. She filled us with confidence and knew what we wanted. Our renovation schedule was delayed by 2 months due to Covid19 circuit breaker. But Jade got things restarted as soon as the CB rules were relaxed. She was able to answer all our questions, advised on the pitfalls of some of our own ideas, kept us updated regularly of the reno progress, reminded us of things we'd forgotten, and was organised and onsite for all the important installations. She even helped on things that were "outside the quote" eg. Netlink broadband delays, Best Denki delivered a new fridge with a small dent on the door, liaised with the Aircon guys, and sent the plumber and electrician to fix minor issues. Jade is the consummate professional in her field and was friendly, cheerful, and happy to help. Fuse give us 1yr warranty. Don't always go for the cheapest quote. Quality costs a bit more.

This was our third renovation project in the last 20 years and it was by far the most enjoyable journey despite the relatively massive scale of the work and tight schedule. We made the right decision to select Fuse Concept among the shortlisted firms and even more fortunate to have Jade assigned to our project as our interior designer and project manager. She is details oriented since day one and followed up on any requests/action items very promptly. She is very proactive in giving us regular updates on the progress of the renovation including offering many suggestions on how best to resolve any unforeseen issues. Before the renovation, we were quite apprehensive on whether we would encounter some of the horror stories that we hear quite often regarding renovation contractors these days, such as being non responsive, slow progress, unreasonable variation orders and questionable workmanship, but we were fortunate to encounter non of these with Fuse Concept and Jade. Instead, it was smooth and enjoyable and we were pleased that the project was completed a head of schedule.

Hi All , This is a review on our Interior Designer Jade Kwok . Well.... having been pleased with Fuse Concept a couple of years ago we decided to go with them for Renovating our new house after having moved back to Singapore. Jade helped us all the way from start - end . She is a good listener and made every attempt to understand our needs. She is also patient as we altered plans a few times but she readily gave us her opinions & suggestions on certain aspects. She kept in mind all the stuff we had to accommodate by way of curios, paintings etc. She also guided us on the material selection to help us stick with our theme. She advised us on what’s outdated by way of lighting accessories (shapes & styles). It was good to see her handling her Contractors as we redid the bathrooms, electricals, full kitchen and wardrobes. She adhered to all timelines in a systematic manner. Her execution on the entire project was handled well & we had almost daily updates. Most importantly she loves and takes pride in her work. Fuse Concept was the first ID I saw and was the only firm who truly understand what my partner and me wanted. We wouldn't be able to achieve our dream home based on our lifestyle if it's not for my ID Jeremy. He was the only designer who knew what's designing all about compared to other interior designers who jus wants to sell and do sales. i was really impressed how jeremy shared with me the CAD drawings and how he did the space planning for 93sqm home. He also helped us with the bank loan contacts and gave me a quotation which was within my budget. He followed us to choose the tiles from hafary and followed us to choose the toilet fittings, lights, kitchen stuffs and he was there throughout the entire process. Everything was on schedule and he was able to handle my last minute request for my home theater installation for the concealed wiring and also coordinated well with other suppliers for my kitchen flooring and aircon installation. Jeremy helped me customize a dishwashing/bar bottle rack which he also design in autoCAD. FUSE CONCEPT is very lucky to have someone like Jeremy who knows his stuffs. I'm glad that everything was well delivered and also found a new friend. Thanks jeremy and FUSE CONCEPT for the job well done!!

house renovation. Space planning and conceptualisation. Living hall feature wall and tv console with cabinets, false ceiling, cabinet for toilet. tilings at balcony. The designer Andrew Poh is very patient and accomodating. He has handled the contractors very well and deliver what was promised as well as within the timeline. He has provide different ideas and recommend places where I can look for my furnitures. Good job to Andrew and Fuse Concept!

Totally enjoyed the experience with fuse concept! They were very responsive and detail towards our requirements. They are really creative on the small space that we had & most importantly, they delivered as promised!

Dedicated and attentive interior designer who gave excellent tips to help design our unit to our requirements. We were able to get our unit renovated within the timeframe and budget. Great coordination work between her and sub-contractors.
