We purchased our house because it was the perfect location for our family and had a great footprint, but it hadn’t been updated since the early 2000s. Gabriela helped us reimagine the space with a whole-house refresh and a full kitchen reconfiguration that opened up the floor plan and completely transformed how the home feels and functions. Because we were living across the country during the project, having someone we trusted was essential. Gabriela managed everything seamlessly, working beautifully with the contractor of our choosing and handling countless details on our behalf. Now that we’ve been living in the home for a few months, I keep noticing how intuitive everything feels. I’ll catch myself thinking, oh, that’s why she made that choice. There truly isn’t a single design decision I question, which honestly still surprises me and speaks volumes about her thoughtfulness and expertise. Every detail, big and small, feels intentional. We are incredibly proud of our home and deeply grateful to Gabriela and her team for bringing our vision to life. This is my second time working with an interior designer but Gabriela and the SILO team were such a drastically different experience (for the better). First things first, the rooms they put together (an office and dining room) are just beautiful. The rooms are peaceful, elegant, inviting and most importantly the first beautiful rooms a guest sees when they enter our home. We are so very proud to show off our new and improved rooms, all thanks to the SILO team. But logistically, the team was really impressive to work with. They were organized, reminded us of scheduled contractors well in advance, coordinated with us on dates seamlessly, explained pricing and sent helpful updates throughout the project. They made the process truly easy and so very organized and that has not been my experience before this with a design team. The software they use for project renderings made it easy for us to visualize design options, for furniture, paint, art and wallpaper, as well as the software for invoices made it easy for us to stay on top of expenses, with everything clearly labeled and stated. They even had patience with us as we went back and forth on a few smaller furniture items, and we ended up right back with what Gabriela originally recommended, but let us take the time to "think out loud". We just cannot say enough good things about how smoothly this process was. Gabriela and her team are truly gifted. They brought such beauty to our home, with an eye for even the tiniest details that all work together, and for that I am so grateful.

I was in a total rut with what to do in my office since I work from home. Gabriela really listened to my needs and came up with ideas I would have never thought of! She was able to visualize things I couldn’t and turned my office into my favorite room in the house. It’s bright, open, and feels 3x bigger. And it feels like me - just way more elevated.
