I bought a loveseat and it was delivered by two amazing courteous workers. They did an excellent job and were very courteous and efficient. I love the loveseat and I love Gallery Furniture. Mattress Mack called me directly the next day to see how the delivery went. He is awesome! Very pleased!

They sold me a used bed that had clear divets in it from other people using it, but advertised it as new. When I asked them to swap out, their customer service representative, Billy, refused. When escalating to “Mattress Mack,” he hung up on me. I will never spend a dollar with this store again, and encourage you to think twice before you do too.

Fantastic experience. No pressure. Customer service, delivery, and atmosphere was spot on. Mattress Mac very personable. The best place to go for ALL your furniture needs!!!

Well same old story...waited 2 weeks for them to fix my chair again it's lasted 6 hrs before it fell apart..the new part they put on it fell off..this furniture has been junk since i bought it the couch has been repaired 2 times this chair I'm talking about now has been replaced twice and fix twice and now the new parts that they put on it have fallen off again..

Here we go again same song same verse same problem I bought living room furniture back in June of 2020 from this place The sofa has been replaced once both of the recliners have been placed once and one them had to be repair it again and it took them a month to do that The sofa was repaired a month ago and now needs the same repairs again The arm of the sofa is being held on by the fabric it is only thing that keeps the arm of this sofa from falling off..since gallery financial said they do not do refunds and will not replace it again I will spend the next 3 years on the extended contract once a month calling them to repair furniture so ladies and gentlemen before you purchase and extend the contract or anything with this company you better read the fine line you better ask questions because once you buy your stuck.. I know they will just keep dragging this out until the 3-year contract's is up I'm just telling people be warned if it's this happen to you you're going to be dealing with them for 3 years like I'm going to be dealing with them.... I will not add a photo to this review because it does absolutely no good I posted photos the last time on how the back broke on this chair and the arm was about to fall off and you see what happens it lasted 30 days and I'm back to where I started from 30 days ago waiting for my sofa to be repaired

I have never heard of gallery furniture until i moved to Texas. I moved in the midst of covid and all other furniture stores were back ordered 3months plus for the sofas that i had actually wanted. I wanted a grey sofa to go with the aesthetics of my living room, I decided to go with the Indian Ash sofa since it looks descent and its a great price. Its definitely an off grey that i've grown to hate... But, They were able to deliver the same day for free which was a major plus! I recall an odd heavy scent on the sofa that seemed to be coming from the pillows. It almost smelled like cow manure. The smell dissipated after a couple months and steam cleaning. It has now been 6 months since I've purchased this sofa and just last week the center of the couch seems to have "popped up"? I have no idea what happened but there was a loud bang and the center of the sofa was raised. The springs are protruding upwards and doesn't seem to be going back down. The fabric in the center is also raggedy. Mind you, I am a very petite & gentle woman, my belongings typically last a very long time. All and all I am very unpleased with the sofa and will be replacing, IN UNDER A YEAR!

I’m beyond unhappy with my experience today. Over the past four years, I have purchased three sofas from Gallery furniture. The disadvantage of switching apartments and needing a smaller sofa or a chaise on a different side. I love that they have same day delivery. Two weeks ago, I purchased a couch that I am just not happy with. I feel the quality could be better. I decided to utilize the 15 day reselection period that Gallery Furniture clearly advertises having. After going in, it is quite obvious that they advertise it...then treat you like a leper if you try to use it. I was treated like I was doing something wrong and like they were doing me some huge favor, despite the fact that I was purchasing a more expensive sofa. I knew there was a 10% restocking fee and I was fine with that. But I didn’t expect to feel like a lesser customer because I was making an exchange. To hit this point home, I was told by my salesperson that Matress Mack wasn’t mad at me, he was just “intense” and like that with everyone. Well, you having to tell me that he wasn’t mad at me clearly indicates how you think it came across. And did he ask why I wanted to exchange or why I was unhappy with the original purchase? No. Did he care that I was willing to spend more money on the new couch? No. I guess the money they had already gotten out of me was enough. Who cares if I was happy or willing to spend more to be truly satisfied?

Bought a “real leather” living room set. Salesman did say “leather is only in touch surfaces” but we figured if we are not touching it that it won’t peel off but it did in under 2 years. Also the cheap seat foam breaks down so fast that the seats lean to one side (after only a yr). Their commercials say Gallery is “American made” but if you need a repair it takes a really long time to get replacement parts because they come from “over seas.” The sales team of course is very nice and accommodating but once they get your money if you need anything it takes ALOT of calls to get anyone to answer, respond, order the right part, they don’t work on Fridays apparently... My second time having the same problem repaired, I was so frustrated I asked to speak to a manger but there was no manager available so I asked to speak to Mack surprisingly he got on the phone and all he said was “Sorry your unhappy with our service. We are waiting for parts to come from overseas. I will have the service dept call you next week.” If his furniture is “American made” why do parts come from overseas? I am not sure that it would be any different with another furniture shop but considering the money we spent on a “real leather” living room set and paid extra for the warranty...and most of all Mack’s response...very disappointed.

We just received the night stand. We bought one night stand a couple years ago for our son. When he moved out last year. He liked the night stand so much. He asked if he could have it. Then in August he asked where did we get it. I told him Galleria furniture. I called to see if Galleria still have that piece on the floor. They did not but they could check with the vendor. We are so grateful Galleria Furniture was able to find that night stand. Delivery people were very professional and had mask on. Thank you very much Galleria Furniture.

Great Store, Great Prices, Great People (Jim Tran and the Finance Dept) I was in and out withing an hour, and my items were delivered Same Day!
