We had a problem with a french style patio door blind. It would not come all the way door and hung at an angle. Could not find the problem so took it to Geneva's. The people there were super friendly, and looked at my blind immediately. And, while at first saying they had never worked on one like it, within minutes discovered the problem! They gave us some very simple and easy steps to perform that cleaned and lubricated the cords. Now, the blind works much better than when new! The cost for this? NONE! Just a "merry Christmas" and "pay it forward". When we need blinds or interior services, you know where we will be going!

Her experience and professional work ethic payed off for me in the successful execution of projects from initial measurements through hanging of all the window treatments. In doing so she had to incorporate the unique set of circumstances of my living at the base of a hill so that the windows on the south side were all exposed to the windows of the people living 'above' me. In addition, she responded Successfully to the challenge for the need for privacy in combination of our frequent cloudy weather here in the Pacific Northwest and the wide overhang of the eves on my house which previously resulted in dark rooms and a depressing atmosphere. She brought the project to completion on time, in fact she was ready before the target date and was delayed by a glitch produced by the painters. We are delighted with the results that she achieved and have received complements from family, friends and neighbors.

I contacted the firm to give me an estimate for blinds in my new home. She helped me choose blinds that were perfect for my windows and they were not the most expensive. While here she gave me pointers on my furniture placement. I have been happy with and implemented them all. In addition we had alot of fun.
