Gioia Interiors is a Calgary based boutique interior design firm that specializes in residential and hospitality design. From full renovations to room updates, Gioia will help each client navigate through the overwhelming processes of creating a cohesive design, selecting finishes, and adding the final touches. At Gioia Interiors, each design flourishes from getting to know each client on a personal level in order to ensure a functional design while improving the quality of the environment. The end goal of every project is to have each space reflect the client’s unique taste and lifestyle, creating an interior that can be lived in for many years to come. My husband and I hired Sarah to help with the interior design and renovation of our condominium. I would highly recommend Sarah for so many reasons but most importantly for her attention to detail, professionalism and flexibility, all of which were exemplary. Sarah prepared a fabulous sample board that included all materials, paint and product selections. She provided a detailed schedule for the contractor and was my boots on the ground throughout the project, interacting with the trades to ensure the project progressed as planned since I was unavailable to supervise the construction. Sarah is honest and reliable and I could not imagine having pulled off a project of this magnitude without her. She is wise beyond her years and her work ethic is admirable. It may well be the best value for the money I’ve ever spent.

Highly recommend Sarah. She's completed various show suites for our developments from condo sales to rental apartments. We always get compliments and she does a great job of putting laser focus into the demographic we want to target.

I hired Sarah To give me some advice on colour choices, furniture placement and materials choices for a fairly large renovation including a new ensuite, flooring, paint, new countertops and backsplash for the kitchen. Sarah came to my house which is outside of Calgary and spent quite a bit of time helping me pick materials for the renovation and gave me a selection of furniture layouts for my living room. She was very helpful, professional and very personable. I couldn't be happier with the results of our renovation! I would highly recommend Sarah at GIOIA INTERIORS.

Sarah from Gioia Interiors has been excellent throughout our basement renovation. She is professional, pays close attention to details I would have overlooked, is a creative problem solver and is personable/easy to get along with. Every single contractor who came in to give us a quote on our reno project complimented her drawings and mentioned how thorough and specific she was with regards to the floor plans. This feedback from people in the industry is a true testament to the quality of her work. We've never used an interior designer before, but will now never do any reno project (big or small) in the future without Sarah's help. She has gone above and beyond my expectations and really made me feel like she was on my team. She is someone who trully cares that the client is happy in the end.

My husband and I are indecisive and wouldn't call ourselves artistically inclined. Gioia Interiors Designer Sarah was so helpful and made the process of building and furnishing our new home easy. She came to all of our appointments and narrowed down our choices to ones that worked well for us. She was patient with our indecision and helped us form a good vision for our home. Sarah was wonderful when it came to arranging appointments with our busy schedules as teachers. We wouldn't have wanted to go about this process any other way or with anyone else. I wanted to freshen up our entrance now that we moved all of the children's outerwear to lockers in the garage. The carpets needed replacing, the bench was all marked up, and the door needed painting (as some paint had chipped off and it looked very worn). Sarah, from Gioia Interiors, was so much fun to work with. Not only did she work within our budget to provided paint colors and concept boards, but her ideas were exactly what we hoped for. The entrance is now complete and I can't quit smiling every time I walk by. It is so bright and gives a whole new feeling to "coming home"! Thank you Sarah - we are incredibly pleased with the project!
