Tiffany and the Grayscale team far exceeded my very high expectations. From the very beginning in the design phase Tiffany came up with ideas that I could never have imagined on my own. Including, adding a wet and dry sauna in the wellness area! Every step of the project was well done and professional. Tiffany was a very good communicator throughout the process . I hired Grayscale Homes to redesign the main living area of my condo. I wanted a fresh, new look—completely new furniture, new paint, and a space that felt brand new. My furniture was very dark and my space was cluttered. I wanted a home that was lighter, brighter, and completely free of clutter. My journey began with an in-home consultation with Tiffany Acosta, the Owner. I was on the fence about hiring a designer, but wanted to look into the possibility. From that very first meeting, my gut told me Tiffany was the right designer for me. She walked through the space with me, took the time to listen and understand my needs, and shared initial ideas that immediately resonated. Tiffany is the perfect balance of professional and relatable. Now that the project is complete, I can confidently say Tiffany and her team nailed it. The transformation is incredible. Grayscale Homes met every one of my criteria with a design that is professionally styled but still feels like me. My friends and family are blown away by the change. The new furniture is stunning, the color scheme is absolutely perfect, and the space—though not large—now feels open and spacious. Best of all, there’s zero clutter and more storage than I know what to do with! I am not exaggerating when I tell you that I find myself sitting and admiring the beauty of my new home. It’s truly perfect. I know some people may think hiring a designer is a luxury they can’t afford—I understand that. But with the right designer, it’s worth every penny. The result is a home that is functional, beautiful, and uniquely yours. Tiffany is that designer. Tiffany and her team have a really unique eye for taking a small space and turning it into a completely functional and beautifully designed, modern aesthetic for young teens. I had asked her to transform a relatively small space we call our “kids club” into a room where my boys can do their homework and hang out with friends and while giving some direction and clarity around my preferences, Tiffany and her team came up with innovative solutions, provided options and moved quickly throughout the whole process. She was honest with her guidance, thoughtful in her design and execution approach and relatively accurate in her time estimate of how long the project would take end to end. I’m excited to use the team for our next project….highly recommend!

Tiffany and her team were professional throughout the process. Beautiful design options presentation. The overall project took approximately 2+ months from start to completion. Due to supply chain limitations, some of the items needed were delayed or out of order. Tiffany was able to quickly replace with other options and project was successfully completed.
