I had the pleasure of working with Grayson Interiors and the experience exceeded my expectations. I live in Tennessee and she is based in Florida. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, she demonstrated creativity, professionalism and attention to detail. Amber understood my vision and transformed my space into my dream lounge and family room. The combination of bold colors, textures and furniture choices reflected my new style direction. I was a little hesitant to introduce so much color into my world because I've always been a gray, black and white person but she eased my anxiety with her calming personality and flair for putting the right combinations together. Where do I begin… Amber is such a wonderful designer and person. On our initial consultation we prayed over the project which for me was a clear sign that she was the right person for this project. She carried out the project well and was very accommodating with changes that unfortunately not in my control. I booked a virtual consultation with Amber and it was the best decision I could have made. I purchased my first home and didn't where to get started with designing it, but Amber made my life so much easier. Just from reviewing my space through webcam and images, Amber was able to provide a thorough, detailed design proposal for every room in my home - everything to the knobs on the cabinets to the color of the faucets. I initial was going to hire Amber and her design company for design concepts only as I had a contractor in place. A during our initial meeting she mentioned how she also project manages and has various skilled, licensed and insured laborers. After the meeting I decided to go with her company. The project initially started out fine and minor hiccups but then one of the laborers damaged my brand new floors. By this point I have spent half of my budget and “used” nearly all my consultation hours with nothing substantial to show for it . The painter and Amber initially took ownership and was going to do the right thing and remove and replace the damaged planks at no cost. The moment I decided to No longer spend more money she encouraged her painter to go through his insurance. This whole ordeal is worse than a nightmare as I was informed that he’s not insured for painting so the claim was accepted but payment denied. I will be taking her and the painter to small claims court!!

I had a bad experience dealing with this company, bad customer service, bad communication and I just wasn’t pleased with their service period. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.
