Roseann is the owner and Principal Designer of Greco Interiors, a boutique Interior Design studio that creates sophisticated, intelligent residences for a discerning cosmopolitan clientele. Designing and styling residential homes has been a long-time passion of Roseann’s. She is inspired by the belief that a person’s surroundings directly influence their quality of life. Roseann studied Interior Design at Ryerson University. She has a Bachelor of Applied Arts, a Masters in Project Management and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. Roseann has over 20 years of business experience and has been recognized through national and international industry awards. Roseann realizes the potential of your space, achieving aesthetics that considers structure, flow, texture and material. Greco Interiors offers a full range of design services from concept to execution and styling., working collaboratively with architects, industry trades, retailers and manufactures to deliver the seamless execution of projects so that clients can thoroughly enjoy their space. Space Planning As one of the fundamental steps in the design process, space planning is the allocation and division of interior space. Using design tools, we can create the optimal layout so you’re enjoying your entire investment and ensuring flow and visual lines. Renderings Renderings are a 3D image that show scale, colours, texture and materials which help the designer, client and trades speak the same language and demonstrate the desired visual experience, serving as an excellent communication tool that allows visualization of the end result. Kitchen & Bathrooms We’re obsessed with creating the perfect kitchen and bathroom that will exceed client expectations. Unlike other rooms in the house, these spaces require the most planning and detail to ensure the best function and style. Décor & Styling A space only looks inviting and complete after all the décor and styling pieces are integrated. Design Consultations We offer a 2-hour fixed fee design consultation to provide clients with design and décor guidance and advise for their projects. Project Management Roseann is a project management professional, PMP certified with 20 years of experience.

I had previously used Greco Interiors to to an en-suite renovation, which I was delighted with, so i was very excited to be able to work with them again. I wanted Rose Ann from Greco Interiors to create a vision for our first floor living area, with some specific requirements, new floors, fireplace and update to the kitchen and living area. After a number of consultations with my husband and I, Rose Ann was able to design a number of options to show us the best way to present our space and to maximize the value. Rose Ann delivered some great options that we are really excited and delighted with! I would thoroughly recommend Greco Interiors. We are thrilled with the outcome of what started out with painting a wall black for the media centre, and renovating the kitchen to a refreshing space of white. We recently purchased a condo together that, although only 6 years old, needed updating. Upon seeing a recent renovation at our friends' place, we had to ask - who was in the talent behind it? We met with Roseann shortly after this and the project quickly turned into a complete redesign of our space (1400+ sq feet). Roseann's passion for design and ideas that are incredibly tasteful showed us the potential our home had. We had a hard deadline for the renovation - our wedding in September. With Roseann's (beyond amazing) organizational work ethic, not only was the timeline met, but the majority of the deliverables, installs and services were completed well in advance. She manages the trades people with her skill for getting what is required to be done, and on time. Every task, email, order, colour, material, frame size, drawer dimension - you name it - was completely thought out, and no decision made hastily (yet very efficiently), and every element of design came together flawlessly. Our place is a visual haven, and is a dream come true. We look forward to spending many years admiring the work that has been done, and the wonderful experience Roseann has provided us. We had a very tired and dysfunctional ensuite and were using the main bathroom to shower in. We wanted our ensuite to have a timeless but modern design, without breaking the bank. Roseann worked with us to define what we liked vs what we didn't like. We talked about our budget and she showed us where best to allocate dollars, for maximum impact. Roseann provided us with options and recommendations for every element and pulled together a design that we were delighted with! She developed a detailed budget breakdown, so we could see where the money was being spent. Roseann was critical to the implementation of the design. She was our champion and made sure that every detail was delivered and kept the contractors on track. She thought through and managed details that we would never have been able to imagine.
