We really liked working with Natalie on our furniture redesign. She was very quick, understood the aesthetic we were searching for and nailed the budget that we laid out for her. It was a very seamless process and we're very happy with the results.

We had a great experience redesigning our living spaces with Natalie. We love how bright and fresh it all feels, while being pretty child friendly too. Natalie was so easy to work with and was always available to help with anything that came up.

When I first interviewed Natalie, I could tell that she operates out of trust and expertise, and I’m so happy that I was able to work with Natalie on the furnishings and decor of my new house! Her experience, professionalism and kindness were supportive and my home looks better than I could imagine ever accomplishing without the best help. For any project where I felt unclear about where to start, Natalie was terrific at helping me get a sense of direction. Best of all, she never pushes. In fact, Natalie creates an awesome environment of collaboration, which I noticed whenever I rejected options and offered my feedback or my reasons why. She is congenial and very calm in manner. With her talent and experience, she was able to take my requests into account and put together a cohesive vision for my living room, office, dining room, family room, a guest room, and our library. I loved looking at samples with her, and learning from her the right dimensions for pieces. She’s always responsive and prompt with appointments, and with answers to any questions that either my husband or I had, and more than that, she doesn’t drop the ball on longer term issues. Her billing is fair, her rate is accessible, and she has the utmost integrity. As if that weren’t enough, she is a truly enjoyable person to work with, and very easy to depend on whenever making decisions! I give her my most high recommendation.

Professional, warm, organized and elegant. Natalie upgraded furniture and rugs, supervised cabinet installation and new drapes, all with a discerning eye for color, line and texture and without compromising on the household's practical needs (accommodating two very small children!). Highly recommended.

Natalie is a tremendous asset and an incredible designer. She is working with me on a massive remodel project for a beach home. She has so many great ideas, stays on track for everything, and always supports the budget that I have for the project. We worked with the Grey Collective a couple of years ago to design our 3 bedroom apartment. She took the time to get to know us well and really understand our design aesthetic. From there, she put together design schemes that considered the way we live and our preferences but that also pushed the vision beyond what we could picture for ourselves. Once we agreed on the direction, Natalie took the reins and made it as easy as possible for us. She was organized and easy to communicate throughout. The end result was amazing!! We were super happy to come home every day to our beautiful apartment! We recently moved into a bigger home with our expanding family. It was an obvious choice to re-hire the Grey Collective. The home is in a completely different style as are our needs this time around (more bedrooms, indoor, outdoor, some construction design, etc). Natalie continues to impress us with her vision, professionalism, and aesthetic. Definitely recommend!!

I was referred to Natalie (owner of Grey Collective) by a friend who Natalie helped with her apartment interior design. My wife and I had just bought a house, moving from an apartment, and needed someone to help guide us in designing and furnishing our new larger space. She helped us figure out how to best use our space/layout and came up with several different furniture/design options for each of our main spaces based on various inspo pages we shared with her. She also found great options within our overall budget, and managed everything with vendors seamlessly on our behalf. It was our first time working with a designer and we were hesitant. Natalie quickly won us over with her professionalism, warmth, transparency, flexibility, responsiveness and taste. She told us exactly what we could expect in terms of project timeline and her associated fees, so there were no surprises. We gave her a budget for furniture and she was diligent about sticking to it, always giving multiple options and explaining her process and the trade-offs we should consider. She did a wonderful job of understanding our priorities and the vibe we were going for. Her schemes were beautifully presented and made it easy to decide on a direction. She took our feedback seriously and went back to the drawing board if necessary. We have referred her to multiple friends, who immediately loved her and hired her on the spot. My boyfriend and I moved into our place together last year and we had no idea where to start when it came to interior decorating. Additionally, we both had busy jobs and were dreading the thought of spending our free time on the weekends going to a million furniture stores. Working with Natalie alleviated all of this. She was always professional, friendly, and patient. She took the time to give us many different options (through awesome easy to digest slides) for each piece of furniture for every room in our place at all different price points. And when we agreed on all the furniture she organized all the buying and shipping so that all the furniture would just arrive at our place and we didn't have to lift a finger, it was amazing. Our place turned out better than we could have possibly imagined and people compliment us all the time on our taste.
