About Us

Aravela & Co. is a full-service interior design studio and fine art space. We view design as an art form and we use color, texture, light, scale, contrast, pattern and movement as our medium. Leveraging a lifetime of world travel and exposure to multitudes of cultures, we bring more than 20 years of experience in the design industry to the table, to craft spaces which inspire and empower the people who inhabit them. We pride ourselves on our hands-on experience in every facet of the creative design process - from inception to completion and every step in between. Our passion for design is fueled by the belief that beauty has the power to save the world. We created Arthaus, the fine art space of Aravela, to showcase and support artists in our community and foster partnerships within the creative domain. We are a women-owned family business. We specialize in the greater Tampa Bay real estate market: new construction homes in thriving developments popping across the Bay, the quaint historic Hyde Park and Old Northeast neighborhoods, multi-million dollar listings with breathtaking views in downtown Tampa and St Petersburg high rises, and the exclusive beachfront properties on the paradise beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. We are members of ASID, NARI and RESA. We hold a Luxury Home Staging Specialist designation from IAHSP and are certified Vacation Rental Design Experts.

I am so thankful for Gulf to Bay Premier Interiors. Milena and her team, specifically Geri and Marina, go above and beyond. I bought a vacation home + wanted to offer rental space within. Milena brought forward ideas I had never thought about - and quickly made them come to life! The way she can take an empty space and transform it into a work of art is truly incredible. From beginning to end - she stayed true to the overall look and goals of the project. Her team does it all. From selecting furniture, to installing new fans, to electrical work, she had someone to help! She made great choices and selections, and trust me...there were lots of them! I promise you will LOVE working with Gulf to Bay Premier Interiors. I can’t even imagine working with anyone else. I just love my new space, and as I enjoy my new beach house for many years to come, I will always remember Milena and all of the hard work she put into this project to make it come to life. If you are considering an interior designer in the Tampa Bay Area, I highly recommend you give Gulf to Bay Premier Interiors a call.

I'm updating my review now that all of the punch list has been repaired, replaced, and gaps filled in. All to my satisfaction. We had interviewed a few other stagers before we decided on Gulf to Bay Premier Interior Staging. They added personal touches to their design which turned our house into a home.

Milena and Geri did such a great job. From the first time I saw their work, I knew they were the ones to stage my house. We received 5 offers in the first 3 days of the house being on the market, I believe that having the home staged had a lot to do with it. Buyers are able to picture themselves living in the home, where they could place their furniture,and the scale of the furniture that will fit in the rooms. Gulf to Bay Premier Interior Staging and redesign will even sell the furniture if so desired. I really can't say enough good things about them.

As a Realtor I can recommend Gulf to Bay ( great new name) One Listing comes to mind, a small renovated condo with gorgeous kitchen and 2 gorgeous bathrooms these showed beautifully on line. However the living and bedrooms were not worth the pictures despite its clean new paint and flooring. Buyers did not feel it's wow nor linger until one day the seller took professional advice and hired Gulf to the Bay. They transformed the condo with simplicity and color that instantly inthralled the buyers imagination both within its new online picture presence and when viewed in person. Gulf to Bay created comfort with this small designed space. They also offered the furnishings displayed, at cost, a further comfort to the buyers. It was a win win agreement worth every penny spent by seller. Thank you Milena for your priceless skill, timing and transforming touches on this condo and the other properties you have helped me with.

Milena oversaw the complete remodeling of our beachfront condo. It was an older unit, which is now beautifully updated. Milena was full of great ideas on decor and how to get the work done. All of her subcontractors did high quality work, even for the smallest jobs, She continues to help with things that come up and remains a great resource for ongoing upgrades
