Heather Alyce Interior Design & Home Staging

I hired Heather to decorate my open concept downstairs living/dining/kitchen space. Heather has been wonderful to work with, and one of the few designers I've encountered who believes everyone, even those who aren't super wealthy deserve a beautiful space to live in. After buying a new home, my husband had a limited budget and really needed a designer who was cost conscious and able to work around some of the pieces in our home that we can't afford to replace. Heather has been amazing. She has magically pulled together our current elements of modern, industrial, and craftsman so that they fit perfectly within the design style I prefer- Farmhouse Chic. Heather has also been very patient with me- sometimes I change my mind and take a while to pull the trigger. It has been an absolutely pleasure working with Heather. It's clear she loves what she does, she is awesome at it, and she wants her clients, both the super wealthy and the average young families like us, to be happy and live in a beautiful space. I highly recommend Heather! Out space is almost complete and when it is, I'll upload before and after pictures so you can see the transformation she made to our home.

Heather is awesome to work with. She has great design ideas but also listens to the client's specific needs. She is also very good at picking the right statement pieces where you have to make an investment and filling in with other (not expensive) pieces to achieve a beautiful look. She designed my formal living and dining room and now working with her on my family room.

I have now hired Heather from Heather Alyce Design twice to oversee the design and finishes for my home and the construction of a new home. The first project was a 1950's ranch in original construction that was taken down to the studs. She assisted in the space reconfiguration, cabinet design, color selection and finish selections. Her creativity in solving some of the challenges in working in odd spaces as well as her eye for colors and design was a great asset during this project. On my new construction home, Heather prepared a complete package that I was able to use to finish the home. This included paint colors, flooring, hardware, appliances, plumbing and light fixtures. Basically and architect designed the home and Heather gave me the blueprint for everything else. Her contractor resources and relationships saved me money throughout the process and I will be using her again on future projects.

Heather is awesome! I have worked with her for many years. She knows how to get things done. She knows how to mesh different styles tastefully. Her designs always turn out beautiful!

My company has hired Heather Alyce Design for several different projects. One project that she handled for us specifically won the Dream Home 2011 in the Luxury Vacation Property category and was featured in the Austin Statesman in 2012. This project was a five bedroom five bathroom luxury penthouse on Lake Travis. One thing I love about her is her ability to return an amazing product regardless of the style. Modern, Traditional, Eclectic, Southern chic. You can bet that her finished product will leave you ready to redecorate every room in your house. I can't recommend this company enough!

Our experience with Heather was outstanding. I was really impressed by her knowledge and ability to come in and immediately understand what I was wanting in our home. She guided me through my design thoughts and used her expertise to focus in our what was important to me and created a beautiful space that I never thought could be achieved in our small condo. We went from a frumpy 1970's looking condo to a hip and modern but cozy condo. I would definitely recommend her for any renovations, space arrangement, or decorating needed in your home. Not only does she know how to decorate an interior her design aesthetic is amazing, we are now working on our kitchen/dining area and can't wait to complete it! Photos to follow.
