I’ve enjoyed shopping at Heather Scott for several years. You can tell everyone enjoys working together and helping their clients. It’s such a joyful place. I recently did a couple small projects with Eli. She is great to work with - such good ideas, very helpful, and fun! Eli did an amazing job of finding options within my budget that are beautiful. I’m so happy with the result. Can’t wait to do more projects.

We are beyond thrilled with our experience- from start to finish- with the whole Heather Scott Design team! Everyone on staff is amazing to work with. They are extremely professional while, at the same time, exude extreme care, concern, and genuine kindness. Their design process is very streamlined, organized, and clear from the beginning. They made everything so easy and came up with the perfect design concept to remodel and decorate our master bedroom, bath, and closet, as well as our kid’s playroom. This team has a true talent for capturing a client’s style and bringing to life something better than I could have imagined. We are so happy with our experience and completed project, that we have hired the team straight away to begin on two other projects (an addition and full remodel of a second home)!

We worked with Heather Scott Home & Design on a home remodel including kitchen, bathrooms, hardware, painting, lighting, wallpaper and home furnishings and decor. Their designers were incredible and fun to work with. We get compliments like crazy! Having a pro design your space from flooring to furniture to lighting really helps make sure the entire look works together, is the correct scale and proportion. We live in Seattle and I am a busy professional so I appreciated how easy they were to work with remotely. All I had to provide were some measurements and photos and they knocked it out of the park from there. Working with them is an absolute pleasure, you will love the process as well as the finished project!

My wife and I can't recommend Heather Scott Home & Design enough. We worked primarily with Charissa, but all of our interactions with everyone in the office were professional, personal, and friendly. Charissa helped us to furnish our newly built home, and while my wife and I have no design sense at all, Charissa was able to help us visualize and incorporate our preferences flawlessly. She always listened to our feedback, and never took it personally when we didn't like initial concepts during the planning phase, but instead continued to offer ideas and option until we completely comfortable with moving forward. She was patient and dedicated to our ultimate satisfaction. When the time comes to refurnish, we will definitely call Heather Scott Home & Design.

Can’t say it enough: this is our “A Team!” We hired Heather Scott Home & Design to furnish our new home in Austin in 2015 as well as to furnish and consult on the design of the home we recently built on the Texas coast. Every attention to detail, personal style, customer relationships, timeliness and budget were top-notch, and they are a joy to work with!

We enjoyed working with this team so much that 1. we wanted to share, and 2. we've already hired to them handle additional projects in our home! We never dreamed of having an award-winning home; we were simply looking for a design more inline with our style. However, true to form, Heather Scott Home & Design over-delivered in every single way. Our home is up for several awards this year and, after 8 months, it's still hard to believe it's ours. How often is it you ASK to write a review?! We just finished a major home decorating project with Heather and I wanted anyone who is in the market for a designer to know about our experience. As we were planning to build our dream house, I knew we needed a professional designer to help us. I did extensive research from Austin to Atlanta for the best designer and when I spoke with Heather and then saw her AMAZING work, I knew we had found our designer. And after a whole-house project and working together for over a year, it is a complete understatement to say that Heather Scott and her team are the most amazing decorators you can find. In fact, the whole process was one of the best experiences we've ever had. Heather and her entire team are engaged, filled with integrity, respectful of a budget, always responsive/timely and most of all, Heather's design skills gave us truly the most gorgeous home. We honestly cannot believe it is ours! We are THRILLED with our beautiful home and that is 100% thanks to Heather's talent and skills. This project was fairly extensive, involved lots of rooms and we worked together almost daily for over a year. Heather was steady, smart, creative, wise and always spot-on. I am a very "selective" consumer {i.e., picky!} and I honestly don't have a single negative thing to report. It was a pleasure from start to finish to work with Heather and her team, and most importantly, we are in love with where we live thanks to her furnishings, paint colors, lighting selections, etc! Her team, Emily and Eli, were also beyond kind, helpful, replied to every email or question within hours and sent us regular updates. And, a huge selling point for us, their service is completely turn-key. They hung every picture/window treatment, placed all our books and family photos, and even made up our new beds and unpacked all our dishes and put them in the kitchen cabinets! All we had to do was unpack our clothes and toothbrushes! Heather Scott Home and Design manages to set the bar so high and then proceeds to do every single thing with such excellence. We are so happy with our home and cannot recommend this designer more!

Hired Heather and her team to design a great room for our new home in North Austin. They were absolutely fabulous! Easy to work with, conscientious and truly anxious to provide a design that you would love. It was one of the best decisions I ever made to hire them. The furniture is beautiful, exceptionally well made. The finished product was an incredible transformation and turned out to be so much more than I expected. I will be happy to invite and entertain guests in this room but it is also a space that we can relax and enjoy as a family. Now I need to have her help on some of my other rooms:)

Heather is a incredibly talented designer. Scott is always kind and helpful. Their store is beautiful. I'm working on my 2nd remodel project with them now. Heather has designed the interior for two other projects for me. I trust them completely. And their store is great for a gift purchase or to get inspiration on a larger project. Knowledgeable staff. They are great!

Amanda was wonderful to work with. She helped me select living room and dining room furniture for my new home. She has a great eye for design and made wonderful suggestions. I am so pleased with the outcome and get many compliments on my beautiful home.

We hired Heather and her team out of Austin for a new house we were building in San Antonio. She did the four public rooms downstairs: Dining, Breakfast, Living and Kitchen. We wanted an updated contemporary look with fairly neutral colors with an occasional pop. Heather has delivered that look and feel to perfection. We also challenged her to stay within a budget and have added some more features along the way. Her fabric and furniture selections were spot on and her presentation very stress free. She changed out most of the builders lighting features which she rightly calls the rooms' jewelry. This was our first time to use a designer for whole rooms and we were apprehensive about process. Heather has managed to strike a great balance between delivering a sophisticated result and maintaining the fun enjoyment throughout the design, delivery and installation.

Heather and Scott provided the furnishings and interior decor for our 2013 Southern Living Showcase Home. They were amazing from start to finish. They were always on time for every scheduled event and surpassed every commitment they made. They worked with our design team to create an amazing finished home product. The home is up for many awards at the annual Greater Austin HBA awards. Thanks to them, in a big way, Silverton Custom Homes was awarded the prestigious 2013 Southern Living Custom Builder of the Year award. To top it all off the Home is also a finalist in the Southern Living Home of the Year competition. Great people to work with. They hold themselves to an incredibly high standard yet are very easy to get along with. I would never heistate to recommend them for any interior design project. Also, this is an unsolicited review.
