DESIGN PROCESS: Goal: To assist, comfort, and create a smooth transition for client(s) and all team members. Phase 1: Discovery Call, Consultation, and Schematic Design Initial phone call (about 30 minutes), 1 hour on-site walkthrough determining scope of work, and on-site measurement of the space. Phase 2 (longest phase): Design and Content Development Clear communication and understanding of design, problem solving, modifications, and final sourcing stages. Phase 3: Construction Documents and Construction Approved designs are converted into construction documents, then construction begins. Phase 4: Final Walkthrough Final touchups and punch list to be completed Phase 5: Maintenance Touch base with clients and assist with any future projects.
