We loved working with Hope! Some clients are hands off, some are hands on. I am very hands on. I knew exactly what I wanted, but just didn’t have the resources/networking to know who to go through regarding cabinetry, flooring, slab, hood, etc…. Hope guided my vision into fluid fruition in a seamless and timely manner. She is professional and is someone who communicates with a relaxed ease. We love the final product and would definitely use her again.

Me and my husband did a consultation with Hope to re-work the layout of living and dining room to make it more functional. Hope was very knowledgeble, hand-on and easy to work with. She has suggested few additional pieces for add and modify. Now the rooms have more light, looks spacious than before and comfortable with more space to walk around. I would not hesitate to consult with Hope again for future projects!

After searching for an interior designer and conducting a few interviews we were excited to hire Hope Pinc to help remodel our entire 3,400 square feet house that included 5 bedrooms and a 800 square ft great room. To say we were overwhelmed was an understatement! From the first day Hope insured us that she could help with every aspect of our interior needs. She truly took the time to understand our style and over all theme, while also making sure to incorporate our wish list. This was extremely important as other interior designer constantly told us, no. While Hope would draw up plans to make sure it was plausible and would only cut back if it was truly not in our budget. We had to basically redo the entire interior of our house because of a plumbing flood and she helped us all along the way to select materials and products. We had the pleasure of working with Hope on both our kitchen and bath remodel. Hope has an AMZAZING eye for balancing a room with colors, patterns, plants, and overall flow. She transformed my living room from a mish-mash of standard furniture and basic prints, to a modern Bohemian haven with chic accents, vintage furniture, and lush (yet not overbearing) greenery. Despite the room being oddly shaped with challenging area and angle limitations, she did a fantastic job finding pieces uniquely shaped and sized to maximize the space and even enhance the quirky layout. I never would have thought to decorate in this style but she asked a ton of questions to understand my preferences, created a detailed proposal, and communicated with me throughout the process to make sure we were on the same page the entire time. We chose Hope for our project because we liked the photos she showed on her website from her previous projects. It appeared that our styles were well matched. Once I met her, it was quickly apparent that we could work well together. She had many ideas but also listened to what I wanted. Her design was spot on to what we asked for. She was very easy to work with and stayed on top of the progress during the remodel. She made a total house remodel project of 4 months as easy as possible. She was my advocate and assistant through every phase of the project. She was responsive to my emails, texts or phone calls and communicated well with the contractor and all suppliers. She was patient with me as I sometimes struggled to make decisions as I was replacing EVERYTHING. She encouraged me and pushed me as necessary to meet deadlines. I have to say the remodel was fairly pain free mostly due to her involvement and ability to quickly resolve any hitches. We have been in our new home for almost 6 months and we love it! I gave Hope challenging project and she delivered. I had very little furniture to start with and moved into new construction townhome during the Covid-19 pandemic. I was so impressed by how it all turned out and to put icing on the cake we came in under budget. Hope was very hands on and over the course of the project I learned to get out of her way and let her do her work, but she always listed to my feelings and input. Her vendors (drywall, tile, electrical, furniture installers) were also very professional and performed high quality work. I would work with Hope on another project again and strongly recommend her.

From Hopeless to Hope. I was moving to a new home and was clueless about decorating. Hope took over and did a computer layout of the new home. She suggested which of my pieces to give to charity and added some inexpensive accent pieces. She had movers who were quick and efficient. There was no standing around with head scratching because of the computer layout. We knew exactly where everything went. She even had a guy who hung the pictures straight, at the right height, and in the right place. The final result was amazing. I would recommend Hope for any decorating needs. I was working on my home for two years when I decided it was time to really wrap things up. The last part is always the hardest for me, which is decisions on finishing touches. I would always go back and forth on what it is I really wanted or liked. I hired Hope to be my sounding board and help me make decisions and stick to them. She was fantastic. Hope is the gold standard of design and professionalism. In March, I purchased a 1 bed, 1 bath condo in Denver. It is a great space, but is smaller than my previous residences. Therefore, most, if not all of my furniture did not fit. My furniture and decor was also outdated. Though my my project was small, Hope put in a great deal of effort to not only make the space work (it is a corner unit, so the layout is a bit awkward), but also ensured that it matched my personality perfectly. She was also conscious of my budget, and actually got me everything I wanted for less than my top-Iine. I felt Hope was working directly in my space, though she is over 1,000 miles away. Hope is an absolute dream to work with. We hired her to help us decorate our new apartment and she was able to create a space that brings us joy whenever we look at it. We contemplated whether we needed a designer. I mean we have great taste, I had a vision, we thought "we could totally execute this in our own and save money!" Well here's the reality, renovations are a pain in the butt! It will test your patience (and relationship). As a working couple we didn't have a lot of free time to shop for everything needed for a full house renovation. We also didn't have access to truly designer-esque materials that would complete our vision. Most importantly, sometimes you need a referee to break the tie! Enter Hope! Hope was amazing! Confession - I HATE shopping, I turn into a hungry toddler that needs a nap. Fortunately, all I did was give her my Pinterest board, told her the key elements and color scheme I wanted, and poof! Samples arrived at my house! It was as simple as yes, I like this. No, not that. Or none of these hit the spot, so she'd scoop another round of samples for us to choose from. She made the process so smooth. I honestly only had to shop 3 times during a 2 month Reno. Twice for countertops and once for tiles. As far as execution goes....NAILED IT! Later Hope staged my kitchen for a shoot and it looked so great that we just bought everything and left it in place after the shoot. I told you, I hate shopping and Hope is like an angel in that department. Another thing - she gets discounts on some of the materials, so you get high end products at a price cheaper than what you'd pay if you decided to project manage your own renovation. If I could, I'd give her a million stars. She professional, but not stuffy. She has a great vision and can execute a lot of different styles. And she's highly responsive! Hope transformed my home! I have nothing but rave reviews for this designer and the work she did in my home. Upon relocating to a new city and purchasing a new home, I immediately found myself in a bit of a jam. I had a spacious new 3BR property--but aside from that, I had no furniture, no design skills, and no idea on how I was going to transform this house into my new home. After doing some research on design firms and conducting a few interviews, I ultimately made the decision to hire Hope for the job based on a number of factors, including her professionalism, the perceived overall value, and the vision she had laid out for my home design. So many other firms/designers I interviewed made me feel like my project was just one of the many balls they had in the air simultaneously. As it turned out, it was the right call to hire Hope. Being this was my first home, she held my hand throughout the entire process. Hope delivered a beautiful design on time and within our budget. We are EXTREMELY pleased with our project and plan to use Hope's services again.

We moved into a new house and hired Hope to help us decorate the major living areas. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with her. She listened to our feedback, was responsive, kept us under budget, and truly helped us make our new house a home. We love the final results and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Hope designed our entire downstairs area. Including the patio. Our place was a blank canvas and she had to come up with a decor that both my husband and I could agree on. That was the challenge. Since we both met in the Navy she used nautical colors & the theme was implied. I wanted glitzy & he wanted man cave. The end product was perfect. Hope is magical!

Hope helped us re-furnish 4 main rooms in our home- master bedroom, living room, dining room and breakfast nook. She captured my style and vision perfectly. The layout and design of each room maximized the space and more than doubled the seating in the living room and dining room. She made our home elegant but very cozy and "homey"- feeling. She was easy to work with and fun to chat with about upcoming to-do lists along the way.

Hope did an amazing job designing our nursery! Everyone who sees it is totally blown away. She helped with all aspects of the room design: paint, window treatments, furniture, rug, and all accessories and decor. She did such a great job of taking my scatter-brained ideas and Pinterest page and turning it into a beautifully designed, unique, and comfortable space. She helped us stay within our budget by knowing which pieces to splurge on and which we could scale back on. She puts as much thought and care into the big items as she does the small finishing touches and I really think that makes all the difference in the end result. Hope did the interior design on my mother's house, part of a complete remodel with room additions that just recently got permits. In addition to dealing with my mother, Hope had to listen to the input of her 3 adult children--never an easy task. Somehow Hope was able to listen attentively to everyone's concerns and synthesize them into a cohesive interior that everyone is exited about. Since Hope's part was completed, I have referred Hope to 2 friends who have both engaged her services. They were both impressed by her professionalism as Hope is a marvel of preparation. One of the projects just completed. A third friend saw the results and will be contacting Hope soon. I don't recommend people lightly but I am happy to recommend Hope.

It made the project not only less overwhelming but FUN. She has a great sense for which pieces you should spend more money on and where you can get away with spending less. We tackled different projects over time and I appreciated being able to space it out like that. She was great at managing the needs and expectations of both my husband and myself (since sometimes they differed.) She is organized, passionate about design and professional.
