Yelena and her team were with me from the start. always accessible and flexible with my requests and additions. the process of selecting furniture, colors, wallpaper and lighting and designs can get overwhelming. they broke it down in manageable steps for me while always keeping in mind the total look I was going for. it was amazing when it all came together. Love the beachy look they put together. great team to work with.

It has honestly been an absolute dream to work with Yelena and her team at House of Style and Design. Having never worked with a design team before, my wife and I were unsure what to expect, but Yelena and her team walked us through the process every step of the way. It was a very organized and well thought-out process from initial discussions on expectations, to surveying/measuring our home, 3-D model re-creations of our spaces with a variety of proposals carefully laid out for us to discuss, to finally the installation process and reveal. Aside from their encyclopedic knowledge of patterns, textures, and eye for composition, their attitude and enthusiasm for the project was what truly stood out. There was a joy in what they were doing it and it is reflected in the final product, which, I must say, exceeded our wildest expectations - like a page out of Architectural Digest. Yelena and her Team are true artists and masters of their craft. We had a new construction home built and when Yelena came out for the first time the interior studs were already in. I WISH I had met her at the blueprint stage of the build. She had so many ideas, knows what a proper home layout and flow should look like and really took the time to understand what our expectations were. They selected beautiful and functional materials, flooring, furniture and tile for each each room and I could not be happier with the finished result. From lighting to fixtures and everything in between, HOS was prepared with selections and ideas that we absolutely love I highly recommend the team for interior design and styling.

When we purchased our newly constructed home in New Jersey, we knew we were going to need someone to decorate, as we live on the West Coast. I was a bit apprehensive finding someone online, as we are pretty meticulous and wanted the home to really represent our taste. I’m so glad I found Yelena and House Of Style & Design! From beginning to end, it was an amazing experience. Extremely organized with slides and pictures to keep us updated during the entire process. I especially loved how Yelena would present me with a choice of three room layouts, furniture etc. Choosing furniture and design for an entire home can be overwhelming and she took all the anxiety out of it for me. She shipped me an entire box of fabric and drapery choices so I could actually see and feel my selections. Constant communication was so important and Yelena did a fantastic job with that. She organized a contractor to come in and do moldings, which she selected. It turned out fantastic. After a couple of weeks of sending her pictures of inspiration, she knew exactly what I wanted. She was really in tune to my taste. So much so that I actually let her pick all the accessories. When the big reveal came and we flew into New Jersey, I was so blown away! Yelena went above and beyond. She left an adorable welcome sign for us and books in the kids room for them to enjoy. These little touches let me know that this is not a job for her, it’s her passion and it shows. She takes great pride in her work.

It was such a pleasure to work with Yelena and her staff on my apartment. I found her through Instagram and after speaking with her had immediate confidence that she would execute a design that both met my expectations and did not break the bank. I wanted a designer who had excellent taste and would be able to run with a project from start to finish with very little tweaks from me. And Yelena was perfect! She is warm and responsive and knew when to seek my input/involve me and when to rely on her good judgment. She made the whole process as seamless and easy for me as possible, and I swear she plucked my dream home straight from my mind - upon viewing the final installation, I was totally speechless! I highly recommend Yelena and would be delighted to work with her again.
