My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I highly recommend Paine Construction. We have built 18 project homes in the past dozen years. The most recent 3 homes and a pool renovation were with Paine Construction. The process was well organized and communication always available and excellent. Dwight was the site manager on all the projects and we found him to be very capable. I would build with this company again.
