I would rather the one star speak for itself. The project was not completed and was not at all to my satisfaction or expectation for many reasons.

Makenna (Sensitive Information Hidden) was a joy to work with! Our second home was new construction with a blank slate. We wanted it to feel homey yet chic. Makenna transformed the space! She is an extremely talented designer and her organizational skills are amazing. She created a cohesive and elegant design that we love! Since we were living in another state during the process Makenna also acted as project manager. She oversaw all work including painting, wallpapering, lighting, tile work, art and mirror installation, along with all furniture delivery. We felt completely at ease with Makenna in charge. Makenna is not only talented and organized - she is a lovely individual. Our new space makes us smile every day and we are so grateful to Makenna!

We worked with Makenna Bailey to help update and decorate our vacation home in Asheville. Makenna has a sharp eye for furniture selection and is wonderful at paint selection. She was able to articulate our vision after initial conversations. I am also grateful for Makenna's problem solving ability and calm demeanor. Our renovation faced a number of challenges, including supply chain issues and vendor shortages, but Makenna took each challenge in stride and worked through the issues. It was a pleasure to work with Makenna and we are extremely happy with the result - a beautiful vacation retreat. We would gladly work with Makenna again.

I enthusiastically recommend ID.ology Interiors & Design. They are organized, professional and made our home building and design project fun and enjoyable. If you are thinking of building a home, there are literally hundreds of decisions, and they helped to make our home beautiful, to develop an overall theme, and when needed to be our guard rails to prevent us from making mistakes. They helped to keep things on track and we have a gorgeous home to show for it. I always felt like their goal was to make sure we were happy with every selection and result. I cannot say enough good things about Allison and the design team at ID.ology. Wonderful!! Our highest recommendation, especially for Allison.

We used ID.ology Interiors & Design along with Living Stone Construction to design and build our forever home in Black Mountain, N.C. As first time home builders, the design team was sensitive to our concerns, and very alert to our particular style. The entire process was a joy, and every meeting with the design team was exciting. The completed home is stunning and incredibly livable. Their eye for incorporating the surrounding scenery into the placement of windows and decks and their attention to the detail of each room produced a dwelling that our family will enjoy for generations to come.

We had a great experience working with Laura and her team at IDology. We were doing extensive renovations on a house from 800 miles away, which meant we couldn't be quite as hands on with the project as we would be with one done locally. The IDology team was flexible and wonderful in accomodating our special situation and working in tandem with our contractor. Their communication was excellent, their ideas and suggestions were fabulous, and we couldn't be more happy with the results. Highly recommended!
