I worked with IDF Studio on my home remodel project for a little over one year and the process and results were absolutely beautiful! I found their team to be creative, talented, and super responsive and transparent. My home is so polished yet cozy now. I'm especially excited about everything, really. No matter where I sit or stand in my space, the thoughtfulness of everything makes me soooooo glad I found Marcy! The gorgeous tiles we found, the beautiful details (door knobs, cabinet pulls), and the finishing touches of helping to brush up my old artwork and find the absolute perfect spot for everything really elevate my space. Highly recommend!

Marcy, Kassin and the IDF team were amazing and guided us through every step of a complicated paint job - from paint color selection, to brush outs, to mock ups, they took all the deliberation and stress out of the job. Our house is an v. old Victorian with loads of beaming, craving, and small details, so this was no easy feat. Our ask was to keep the original charm of the house, but make it lighter, and feel brighter. And they delivered. Thank you! It feels like a whole new space (but somehow still home).

I recently had the pleasure of working with IDF. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about their work. They took the time to understand my personal style and vision for my condo, and then brought it to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. I came to IDF with a very specific creative vision in mind, and wanted a look for my home that was at once personal, collected, one of a kind, and true to my own style. My original plan was for IDF to save me from myself by designing the window treatments and sourcing focal points for each room, so that I could then take on what I considered the more “minor” accents and accessories as part of a crash course in channeling my inner artist (and to be honest, I was operating on a pretty humble budget). When Iead designer Laura presented the first round of sketches, I nearly fell off my chair. I could also feel my gut screaming at me to let go of the reins and just let IDF go full throttle. Five months later we are partway through install and my home is finally becoming a haven. Laura and team nailed the design concept point blank, and even curated a gallery wall on the first try! Their ability to tune in to the individual needs of a client is uncanny, and their design savvy lies not just in aesthetic appeal but in execution (budget planning, project management, timelines, etc). I even received a card in the mail from Kassin (founder and CEO) sending good vibes when it came time to wait for some longer lead time furnishings. Thank you IDF, for breathing life, soul, and vitality to my surroundings and turning my home into a sanctuary!

We worked with IDF to re-design common spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen) to make them more friendly to a family with small children. IDF came up with a layout that makes far better use of the space we have and picked just a few new pieces to complement our existing furniture and paint colors really well. We are so so happy with the results. Huge thanks to Edam & Laura. We appreciate their attention to this project (likely a smaller one for them).

I am and architect specializing in single family home remodels in San Francisco. I was introduced to Edam and his team at IDF Studios on a recent project in Ashbury Heights for a young couple who had just purchased the home and were looking to remodel it with their own style. Edam and the owners were already under way with the design of the project when I came aboard and I was immediately impressed with the level of design, the thoughtful engagement with the homeowner, and how the aesthetic intent was communicated to the rest of the team. During the course of the project Edam was very open to my suggestions and we were able to foster a creative atmosphere which concluded with a successful remodel and very happy new homeowners. Jaclyn ensured that we stayed on budget, she kept our contractor in line and on time, and she was flexible with our busy family schedule.
