Beth Welsh is a PHENOMENAL Home Designer and Interior Consultant, who is wonderful to work with. In Fall of 2023, we purchased the property that adjoined our existing Lake Geneva home. We started to work with Beth upon the completion of the initial framing of the house. She meticulously walked through the house with us, the Builder, and the Builder’s Team ~~ and provided invaluable adjustments to our new home. Her ideas were simply incredible! Beth then assisted us with picking out the cabinetry, tiles, counter tops, vanities, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, and various other items. We loved working with her so much ~ that we asked her to help us pick out the furniture and finishing touches. The vendors that she selected were amazing! She carefully picked our brains to determine what our individual style is. Her honesty was refreshing and helped us make the perfect choices. Our completed home is extraordinary and breathtaking, due to Beth’s involvement in the process. The most important thing that we can point out about Beth is that she is such a special, genuine and caring individual. Anyone who works with her is, indeed, lucky.

I have done 2 homes with Beth and could not be happier with the result. Beth is able to interpret exactly what I am envisioning in my head and execute it perfectly. She is fun, knowledgable, easy to work with and I trust her vision implicitly! She is a pleasure to work with.

Beth was the designer of our new lake home. She was with us from the beginning to the end. She did an amazing job! I love the ideas, colors, detailed enhancements, furniture etc. From floor to ceiling - she thought of it all. She was very responsive and easy to work with and very organized and efficient. Absolutely incredible experience working with Beth! She is fun, incredibly in-tune with figuring out who we are as people-our priorities, lifestyle, budget, existing style and where we wanted to go with overhauling our house. Literally, every single recommendation has been spot on. She has helped transform our home into a paradise. She works incredibly efficiently but never made us feel rushed. She is systematic and helped us prioritize projects, and even rooms, in terms of impact, budget and gave us a way to accomplish more than we thought possible. Beth has been integral in our home remodel! She listens, and gives practical suggestions/advice while still staying true to the aesthetic of whatever style you love. Many decision were made off of Beth’s recommendations, and we have not regretted any of them. We only had a short window to make big decisions, and without Beth’s guidance and expertise, we couldn’t have done it. Can’t say enough positive things about her!! We would highly recommend her to anyone and hope we can work with her again on our next project!

If there were more stars, I would give 100. Beth was referred to me by a trusted contractor that was helping me while I was rehabbing two homes. She was SOOOOOO helpful and gets right to it. She helped me reconfigure a kitchen layout, add a full size bathroom and more. She helped me pick paint colors and types of flooring. Beth now helped me to pick the outside trim color, reconfigure a downstairs bedroom and add a shower to my own home's lower level. I find that with her assistance I save money because then I know ahead of time what colors will look best and what is the simplest way to meet my goals. I hope to rehab homes in the future and will call Beth again and again.

Beth is a top-shelf professional with the expertise and solutions no matter the size project. She shares her expertise in an inviting manner. She keeps you on budget too. We could not be happier with our Ruebl custom home on Lauderdale Lakes. Beth was with us side-by-side from start to finish on our custom build.

We've had an amazing experience working with Beth to design our home. We relied on her expertise throughout the entire construction process (architect, builder, selections and furnishings) and are still using her to make our home perfect! She got to know us and helped us figure out our style and then helped align every decision to ensure we had a beautiful and consistent flow to our home. Beth takes the guess work out of designing by guiding you to options without making the decision for you. She wants you to make choices that are authentic and personal. We are so glad she has been with us every step of the way!

Beth was my advocate from the first moment we met. Whether finalizing design elements with the architect, weighing in on decisions with my builder, or walking through the house with subcontractors, Beth made sure I was happy with the project. She urged me to get outside of my design comfort zone and try new things (ie - not boring!) and I couldn't be happier with the results. Anyone who enters my new home asks how I did such an amazing job and I always have to give Beth some of the credit. My husband is also a fan because Beth guided me on when to splurge and where I could save some money. I never felt like I had to go without something because she offered great alternatives. She truly offsets her cost by guiding us to make good choices which saved us money in the long run.

I reached out to Beth based on Houzz reviews after moving into a mid-century ranch still living back in the previous mid-century. I needed help updating thoughtfully while keeping to a budget. Since mid-century isn't my style, I was skeptical the house could be made to feel like "me". Beth came in and immediately had suggestions for how/what to update to make it more mine, while also staying true to the aesthetic of the house. We walked thru the whole house and she gave me ideas and suggestions for how to make changes that were cost conscious and manageable. The biggest of the projects was to overhaul a small, awkward bathroom and turn it into an en-suite by removing some exterior doors/windows and utilizing a useless hallway. It took a while for me to pick finishes and get the work done, but the results were spectacular. I've now sold that house and am waiting for my appt with Beth at my new house for another master bathroom makeover. Beth was responsive and was easily able to understand what I was trying to accomplish. Highly recommend.

Beth was wonderful to work with on our condo remodel. She made our remodel effortless with beautiful results. She gets to know you and you family members and easily tailors design, color and tastes that perfectly fit our family. She was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was a pleasure working with Beth. She was an invaluable member of our lake house build. From the moment we received our architectural plans, Beth had plenty of great ideas for wall/ceiling finishes, kitchen/bath design, lighting, paint color, furniture. You name it, Beth was on it. She was very easy to work with and helped you make decisions quickly. I enjoyed her "no nonsense" approach as the amount of selections were endless. When building a home it's comforting to know someone understands your vision, executes it seamlessly and the end result is perfection.
