Jacci came to our rescue! We purchased a less than desirable home in a spectacular location. In time we determined it would be best to tear down and start fresh with our vision. The number of decisions, large and small, were overwhelming. Jacci calmly guided us through the process of floor plan design, exterior and interior materials, lighting, plumbing... the list could go on and on. The house is our home because Jacci listened to what we wanted and how we live our life. She was able to guide us through each decision while keeping our overall goal of a home where memories are made as we gather with friends and family.

We hired Jackie to give us some ideas for a complete remodel on our very small home (1400 sq ft) We met Jackie at our home and really liked her she has a wonderful bright personality. She gave us an Est. between $2200 - $ 3,000 dollars for project which was to help pick out materials and give us some plans for contractors if we did use any as I'm a DIY er We were charged closer to $5000 dollars and have plans that are incorrect and useless to anyone. We would have loved to had her stay until project was completed but any phone call or question she charges just like an attorney so who could afford her ? certainly not me. Jackie did have some great ideas but is way overpriced in my opinion. I think $5,000 dollars is a little high for such a small project. not to mention plans that I couldn't use.

Jacci and her team have been amazing to work with. We did a remodel and update on the exterior and interior of our home, along with new furnishings. We are so grateful to have found Interior Concepts! Jacci nailed our style and vision right away and offered professional options in line with our budget. Could not be happier! They made the process fun (which is really remarkable because this is NOT my thing!) and enjoyable. We know they truly care about us and our end result. Seriously, the highest remarks I could give go to Jacci and her team!!!

We are very happy with Interior Concepts' work. We had purchased a beat-up home from a foreclosure auction, and we wanted to gut and renovate the interior. Interior Concepts designed a floor plan that we were (and continue to be, several months later) very happy with, which is remarkable considering that the house was small and our wish list was long. They came up with a plan that used the space very efficiently. In addition to the floor plan, they also made a lighting plan that our electrician used, and when it was time for finish work, they helped us decide on several colors and materials, all of which look beautiful! All along the way, they were very respectful of our wishes; when we told them of things we wanted in the house, they listened, had a "can do" attitude, and strived to find a way to make it work. Another thing we appreciated was that, even though the house was in horrible shape at the beginning, they maintained complete professionalism and courtesy--never a hint of disdain or snootiness. Just a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

I have worked on two projects with Jacci Miller and Interior Concepts. The first was a complete interior remodel and the second was a complete exterior remodel. Both experiences were wonderful. I have been attending the annual home shows in Utah County for nearly thirty years. As my husband and I began planning for our "final" home I noticed that some of my favorites at the home show were always decorated by Jacci. I kept her card for about ten years before we were finally ready to build and then we contacted her. She reviewed and improved our plans and became an essential part of our building team. She was able to translate what we knew we wanted to the contractors--literally in graphic detail--right down to where the nails should be driven. She acted as a counselor, mediating satisfactory compromises between the different visions my husband and I invariably had. And she had suggestions we hadn't thought of that ultimately created a home that was even better than we planned. We couldn't have done it without her!
