Holly specializes in design concept and development and collaborates closely with contractors and architects. Working to stay within your budget and helping you find the best value in each area of your project. She also provides interior selections for new construction and remodels, including assistance with selection of colors, plumbing, appliances, elevations, kitchen design, cabinetry drawings, space planning, fabric, wallpaper, flooring, and furniture selection. Selections can be made together or, if you prefer, she can bring your selection options to you. Services Provided Full Service Design concept and development, as well as interior selections from furniture selection to paint and hardware. Holly also uses her construction knowledge to help her clients interview Builders as well as compare bids so you understand the process and the value that you are getting from you potential builders. She can also help you gather information to use in choosing an architect or builder that best fits your needs.

Holly provides thorough and thoughtful advice on interior decoration. It is such a pleasure to be sparring with Holly as Holly acknowledges the importance of personal interaction and the need to move beyond standard solutions. We appreciate all the suggestions Holly has given us. We have worked with Holly in two rounds, in the second round we wanted to go back to Holly’s ideas from the first round that we at that time thought were not quite what we wanted. In the second round we simply followed Holly’s advice. Every day we grow fonder of the choices we made.

We recently built a home and Holly was the designer for the entire project. She was incredible to work with. Not only does she have amazing taste, but she found a way to ensure our style was reflected in the finished product. She is thoughtful about the flow of the home and helped make many small decisions that had a big impact overall! Holly is extremely patient, supportive and did a great job keeping me on track making decisions. It was such a pleasure to work with her. While I am happy our house is finished, I miss her energy and enthusiasm!

Holly was awesome at understanding the aesthetic I was looking for in revamping my kitchen. I went from an early 2000's style "orange oak" looking cabinets, to an updated fresh looking painted kitchen. Holly helped me pick out paint color, back splash, cabinet color and make it all blend in seemlessly into my existing great room. Holly was very good at suggesting things and details I haven't even thought of and was very understanding of my budget restraints. I have received many compliments on my kitchen makeover and have passed on Holly's name to others.

We recently tore down an 85 year old cabin on Gull Lake. Our lot was very narrow and new requirements meant we had to move another 26' back from the lake and maintaining a maximum 28 feet in width. She helped design both a functionally and aesthetically pleasing home that includes 4 bathrooms and 3+ bedrooms. She was not only an instrumental part of the interior and exterior design but really understood the construction elements which allowed us to maximize every square in of space that we built. In addition, Holly leaves no stone unturned when it comes to sourcing finishes, colors and textures, while managing a budget.

I worked with Holly for nearly a year on my home remodeling project. We had to choose paint colors, wallpaper, flooring options, countertops, cabinets, carpet, rugs, backsplash, doorknobs, and lighting fixtures. Whew! I had never been through a large-scale project like this so I had plenty of questions. She always took the time to explain everything to me along the way and was respectful of my budget constraints. I enjoyed working with Holly.

I highly recommend Holly, she makes the monumental project of building a house less overwhelming ... and fun! She has been extremely helpful in helping me to select many things from trim for woodwork to cabinet design to paint colors, etc. She is very informative and continuously educated me along the way on what to ask for and the kind of work to expect from various contractors involved in a home build. Holly has a great eye for detail, color and the overall look/feel a client is trying to achieve. She offers good suggestions while also listening to what the client wants - she's a great design coach. I now get to work with her on furniture and fabric selection, so the fun continues :)

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Holly when we built with Shane Homes. Building a custom home can be a bit overwhelming at times, yet with the guidance and expertise of Holly, the whole process became a lot less daunting. After a few discussions, Holly got a true sense of our style, and guided us in the right direction. She kept our vision in mind, and because of that, we have a beautiful cohesive home that doesn't look choppy or confused. Her attention to detail is very evident when you walk into our home, from the cabinet drawings to the door hinges, nothing was overlooked. The are that should have been challenging, turned out to be one of the easiest…the budget. Holly worked tirelessly to find the products we wanted, but for the best price. You don't find many designers that will make all the phone calls that can sometimes save thousands of dollars. It's a true reelection of Holly's dedication and talent. Holly and I have worked on many projects together and she has always proven to be a great designer. She always puts together a remarkable design while keeping within the budget. Most recently, Holly and I remodeled a kitchen in a downtown condo. Holly was able to design a space that has a much better flow to it and finishes that helped make it unique.
