Jennifer and her team overpromised and under delivered. They made numerous mistakes - ordering items that didn't fit into the room or looked terrible once placed. Prior to this bad experience, we had used Jennifer for a larger project and she and her team did well. It was when she had to add on to an existing room or help with smaller side projects that she and her team let details slip and made too many mistakes.

Besides looking great, her tasteful suggestions and work execution was conducted professionaly, in timely fashion and on budget. Admittedly, I have followed Jennifer's career since her start in the business. Over the years, I've had the opportunity of visiting several of her commissions ranging from small to full floor apartments, townhouses and suburban mansions. We have used Jen for both our NYC apartment and our house in Southampton. They understood our themes, budget, timelines and helped us update both over a 2 year period. I love her sense of color, texture and livable materials, with comfort and durability both in mind. Her ability to accessorize and fill in the spaces, cover walls and pick lighting is totally cool. Very high marks for her and her team!

In each project Jen has brought in elements of traditional and contemporary design to create artful , layered , serene spaces .
